Lake Country Carpet Cleaning

They arrived as planned. Cleaned the carpets. Looked ok but was extremely wet for 2 days. After about 1 1/2 days I started to see big dark brown spots on my light carpet. I called and talked to the owner that day (Friday) I told him I was having a party on Tue and needed it done. He said they would be there 8:30 Tues. No one showed up. I called owner at 10:00 he yelled at me what I didnt call earlier. Said he would get right back to me. Didn't called left message at 1:00 no return call told him I was unhappy and didn't appreciate him not responding. Also told him that I'd had Stanley Steamers in the past and never had this problem. Finally talked to him about 3:30 he yelled at me constantly for 10 minutes and I couldn't say anything. My husband heard and couldn't believe it either. His final words were go use Stanley Steamer then and hung up. He didnt refund my money, yelled at me unnecessarily and left me hanging with company coming that night. I cannot get the spots out. I've tried everything They are like 2' x 2' and very dark brown. This owner talked to me like I've never heard from anyone. He was yelling, abrupt and never let me say a word. I would NEVER recommend them, not even to clean my dog house. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!
