Turned out she could and Chad showed up at noon same day. He replaced both cables, repaired the twisted guide rail and replaced the seal and some rollers all within two hours. Chad was efficient and friendly and the price was reasonable as well. I recommend them highly.

Great! Instead of replacing it, Joe repaired it. We were told by another garage door company that the door was not repairable. He saved us so much money. We will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to everyone!

Very Well. I had choice of choice of replacing chain or updating older opener and decided with the latter. It now works much better and is quieter, with better lighting and up to date features.

It was a good price. They showed up right on time, we only had to wait about three weeks. They got it done the same day.

The whole process of buying and installing the garage door was very smooth. We had a technician out to look at our garage and talk about options. Then we chose to go to the showroom to see the door and the saleswoman was very knowledgable and helpful. The door installation process was quick and the garage was left spotlessly clean. All in all a great experience!

They came to our place into the evening after a long day of cold weather related repair jobs. They custom cut/fit the new springs to fit our old door. They tested the repair thoroughly. Very professional and polite. I would hire them for a new door project. Based on this service call experience, Harland Overhead Door is trustworthy.

I liked their price first of all, they were extremely competitive. We didn’t do a ton of shopping around but I had used these guys twenty years ago, so they have been around forever; their integrity has been around forever. Their prices are great. Their punctuality was spot on as well. I actually had called an hour after the spring popped, checked a couple of places online and there were no places that would come out the next day, so I ended up remembering Hartland Door Company, gave them a call, spoke with them for about ten minutes and they sent the guy out the next morning. He came in, he ripped out the old spring, and he had the stuff in his van so they had the thing, it wasn’t any custom work or anything, and it was just that common that they had it, which was nice. We have a three car garage and only the single spring popped, the double door did not pop but he went in and inspected them, sprayed some stuff on them, said that they will be okay for a little while longer, told us we probably should replace it in the next year or two just in case they did pop because they are both the same age. The spring popped at three in the afternoon and they were here at nine the next morning. He was here early so punctuality was great. It was the son of the owner, I don’t know anything about garage doors or springs but if you don’t too this is the guy to talk to. He is very passionate about his job. They are basically very professional. The guy was really cool. I will be using them to replace the other spring.

The service went well. They did an excellent job. They were punctual, easy to get in touch with and very friendly. The job was completed in a timely manner and it was very easy to get them scheduled out.

|Two days later, the same issue happened. I spoke to the person that provided the initial service. They came out the next day and fixed an additional part for an additional cost of less than $10. No additional trip charges or anything except the additional part needed to fix the original problem.

I was extremely happy with this company. Joe, our technician, was so kind, professional and helpful. He did an excellent job of doing what I asked him and suggestion one other minor thing that needed to be done. He also said that I would need to replace the door in one to two years so I can plan ahead for that job. Since I was at work, my mom was at home while this work was done. Joe called me at work to discuss the job and was so kind to my mom. The door works so much better than before the work was done, it opens quietly and the new keyless entry works great. I will use Hartland Overhead Door company again in the future and recommend them to others.

I called at approximately 7:15 am and left a testy, urgent message. He returned my call immediately and said he could come right over. He arrived by about 7:30 am. I was pleasantly surprised by his prompt, courteous, and professional response to my predicament. He replaced the broken parts, clearly explained what he had done, and I was on my way by 8 am.

The garage door spring broke around noon with my car in the garage. I called hartland overhead door after looking them up on Angies list. They were able to fit me in the same day and the job was completed shortly after 2:00 in the afternoon. The technician was very professional and explained what he was doing as he repaired the door unit. He provided an assessment on the current door condition (it's a 20+ year old wooden sectional door) indicating that we should keep an eye on it as it is starting to delaminate. The door will need replacing in the future (a few years out.) He lubricated the door and garage door opener as well as showed me the critical lubrication points. Their prompt response allowed me to make my afternoon appointments.

They were unable to program the openers but didn't charge us for the call. They provided a quote for installing a new system (which is very reasonably priced). My only complaint is they didn't call before arriving like they said they would.
