Fred's was professional and their office manager, Angie, was on top of everything, including following up with me and letting me know that they did in fact leave a message for my client (I am a realtor who recommended them for a home sale well/septic inspection prior to closing). They offer a bundled rate for performing these 2 tests simultaneously. Very happy with the servicing and handling of this transaction.

I am not happy with them at all. The pump guy who came in the house was excellent. I mean he was just fantastic and highly professional. He explained everything and was very informative. He came out the next morning and did the job. He was very good. The guy who came to inspect the well or the septic or well backpedaled and said he did not want to dig up the cover because it is an old system underground. He said it was going to cost a lot. I told him to do it and he backpedaled out of it. The price was astronomical, especially after my husband had used this company for 45 years. He knew the original owner. They charged as much for the water test as they would have for the septic and water test. My husband called the office and the girl he spoke with was very rude. She said she would talk with the owner and get back to us. She called the next day and said they could give us a $45 discount on an approximately $700 charge. They would not dig up the septic. They never inspected the well.
