He is dishonest and lies. He did not do the work up to my expectations at all, never doing anything that I had asked of him. He was supposed to remove the old osc board, hang new osc board before placing the new siding. Instead, he just tore off the old siding and put up the new siding up over the old soggy and wet boards. I had to have someone else come to redo the siding.

They came over and started. I didn't catch them with all the boards, at the end there was a large board that needed to come out. A foot of OSD board had rotted and fallen away. It happened to be open on the bottom, next to a window. I asked them if they were going to replace it, they said they didn't bring any OSD board. I told them I wanted it replaced. I asked them what was under the other boards, they wouldn't answer me. I made a complaint to the owner, he said "oh, the insulation will absorb the moisture and it will just all go away once its sealed up." It will just rot through the boards again. I was told I had to pay someone to take this off again. I asked for $150 off, he gave me $100 off. He billed me for late fees and 18% interest for the date of the bill was August 14th. I received next bill on September 12th saying that he was putting a lean on my property if I didn't pay the interest in the late fee.
