We initially had Dan out for an estimate on a new air conditioner. We had been told by another company that our air conditioner needed to be replaced late last year, after it performed poorly during the annual maintenance. Dan gave us some options for a new air conditioner, but also recommended that we try to service it first. So, a service technician was sent out. We've been very impressed with the professionalism of everyone we've dealt with at this company so far. The technician cleaned a lot of cottonweed out of our air conditioner that the technician from the previous company missed. After doing this, our unit was functioning normally again. We may need to replace the unit in the future but there was no pressure and they saved us a LOT of money in the interim. We are very pleased.

I was scheduled for an A/C repair between 12pm and 5pm, and no one ever showed up OR called! Terrible service. Wasted a day waiting on them.

It was great. The Service Tech informed me that my furnace was 18 years old and that I should start thinking about replacing it. He listed my options but never gave me a sales pitch nor pressured me in any way. When I do decide to replace my furnace, I will definitely call Dave Droegkamp first.

This company was very easy to work with. They were willing to work with us on price to the point of beating everyone else's quotes. They have a great warranty plan that is included with the price too. They were professional and prompt. the installation was estimated to take three to four hours but they were done in about two and a half. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

We have had the folks from Dave Droegkamp out three times in the past three years to keep our beat up, Lennox pulse furnace from the early nineties limping along, starting from when we bought our house as a foreclosure and the furnace was completely non-functional. Each time they came out promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue(s). More importantly for us, there was no attempt to up-sell or pressure us to do anything other than make the repair. Fantastic service and professionalism! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

The service techs that came out were extremely professional and competent. They went through their troubleshooting, explained the problem, offered options to fix it and completed the job quickly. Very well! The salesman, Peter McFadzen, was professional and knowledgeable. Not at all pushy. He was very helpful and gave me every thing I asked for, including the thermostat from his own house! The price was a few hundred under other estimates I got for the same services. The installers arrived on time and finished the job when they said they would. They explained everything about the system. Very nice job on the new duct work and they left the basement CLEANER than it was when they got there. I'm very pleased with the new furnace and recommend this company.

We needed an air conditioner condensing unit replaced at a duplex which we were in the process of selling. Time was an issue and they made sure they would get there and install it in time. I had to set the date forward due to an inspection and they were happy to make it work. The price was reasonable and their assistance made it easy. They even helped by writing a letter stating that the new owner could contact them to get the warranty put in his name which was helpful. They did everything to make the process easy.

AC stopped working. Called around 9 am and they were at my house within an hour so very speedy service! Technician was friendly and had the problem (blown capacitor) fixed quickly. Service call fee of $99 seems high but the office did inform me ahead of time regarding this charge.

AGreat. I called at 7:00am and had someone out here and unit up and running by 10:00am. It was a hot day - so the prompt response was greatly appreciated. The technician explained what part was broke and that it was normal wear and tear. He also gave me info on their maintenance program for future reference. I also was able to use my Angies list coupon.

Friendly customer service for scheduling the appointment, follow up morning of the appointment, punctual, professional appearance of service person, time spent to understand issues we were experiencing, periodic updates provided so as to inform us on what he was finding and discussions held along the way as to what repairs were recommended and why, at end of appointment service person took 10 minutes to review both a AC and Furnace service checklist which were very thorough and outlined repairs completed. Parts that were replaced were presented to show they had been removed and we were asked if we wanted to to dispose or if we wanted for them to dispose. Thorough review of billing was completed.

They came out the first day and pulled out the old furnace and air conditioner. Since the weather was rather cold when they were here and I also wanted the air conditioner moved to a different location they needed to come back at a later date. Once the weather cooperated we played a little phone tag, but were able to connect and had the air conditioner installed. That went well too.

They come twice a year. They are professional and they come on time. We don’t feel that they ever would charge us for something that we don’t need to have done.

Our salesman was Dan and he was great! He was very honest with us and went over all of our options and answered our questions. His bid was the best out of all the ones we received for the quality of units we were looking at. The install went pretty well except that the techs did NOT wear booties in our house and tracked a lot wet over our wood floors which I had to mop up. Was not happy so my husband called Dan and he apologized up and drove out to give us a free furnace filter for our troubles. Dan was great, techs could use a little insight in respecting the customers home. We went with a Lennox SLP98V (up to 98% efficient, variable speed blower, two stage with the icomfort wi-fi thermostat. This unit is amazing. You can't even hear it most times of the day and the temperature is much more consistent. Can't wait to see my next bill to see how much we save on energy! The central air unit was a 15 SEER....with the new freon regulations we had to have all of our lines replaced, too.....but it went smoothly. They'll charge the unit up after it gets warmer and we'll see this summer how that unit works, too! Also, still have the rebates in place for the furnace which is nice!

The whole experience was very good. I learned a lot, got the furnace working well, and it didn't cost much.

Called on a Saturday after noticing our furnace wasn't working properly- shutting itself off before house reached desired temperature, and not turning back on. Joe came fairly promptly after finishing another job, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and explained everything to us, quickly and professionally. Would definitely use again, though hope we don't have to!!

Work went well and cleaned up when finished. Very professional and friendly. Also did installed a new ignition switch and checked furnace in October 2012. Everything done checked to make sure that all was in good working order for the winter months. Again, very professional and friendly. No surprises on the cost, I usually known what the cost approximate cost will be before they arrive. They have always done an excellent job.

One of our two central air conditioning units died during the peak of the 2012 heat wave/drought. Our house is partitioned into 2 zones, each served by an AC unit and furnace. All units are approximately 20 years old and well beyond their typical life expectancies. When the representative from Dave Droegkamp came to give us a quote, we gave him abundant opportunity to sell us more than what we needed, however, he advised us to by the less expensive options to replace the AC units as, in our area, AC is used only a couple of months a year. He also advised us not to replace the furnaces until they failed as it would provide no cost advantage to replace them sooner. I truly appreciate his honesty and will use the company when it is time to replace the furnaces. The AC units were replaced 4 days later, on time, with no issues.

The technician was great. He didn't recommend something we didn't need and even answered our questions about the vents and the overall ductwork set-up of our home. We would definitely recommend and use this company again.
