Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment 2-3 weeks out to have my heater tuned up before winter. They called me at 6:45 AM the day they were supposed to show up an cancelled due to a sick technician who had been sick the previous 3 days. Rather than have someone else come over, they tried to re-schedule me another week out. I’ve got renters moving in and that wouldn’t work. Operation is too small and not well-run. Lost my business and they didn’t even bother to show up. Pathetic.

We are very sorry we were not able to meet the originally scheduled appointment. We offered multiple options for rescheduling the appointments, none of which were able to meet the customers request, for this we apologized. A need to reschedule an appointment yes, a no show in fairness is simply not accurate. Our inability to reschedule this appointment in a timely manner was a result of a very full schedule, an employee illness (I would think all organizations encounter this periodically), and our best efforts to restore heat to customers without during the first sustained cold spell, again we apologize we were not able to satisfy this customers request. We work very hard to take care of all of our customers and our consistently high marks represent this. We run an exceptional business, work to be fully staffed, and have been servicing thousands of satisfied customers for over 35 years. Like any organization, sometimes we encounter conflict, for this we sincerely apologize. .

Description of Work: Replaced 3 AC units. Couldn't say anything but "GREAT" about the experience. We bought a home that wasn't attended to by the former owners as it should have been. Droegkamp has been working on our systems since our purchase in 12/2013. Worked on furnaces, humidifiers and boiler as well. Office staff super helpful and friendly. Service guys know their jobs. Very timely. Would definitely recommend.

The technician came and very efficiently cleaned the furnace and replaced the filter. We also had April Aire, which he cleaned, replaced a hose and also replaced the filter. He also balanced our heating system which really seemed to help.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY 16 YEARS. THEY INSTALLED THE ORIGINAL FURNACE, AIR CONDITIONER, AND APRILAIRE. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND I HAVE NO REASON NOT TO TRUST THEIR WORK AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. THEY HAVE PREVIOUSLY REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR OF MY AIR CONDITIONER WHILE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY WHEN IT FAILED IN THE FIRST FIVE YEARS OF USE. I FEEL THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THE WORKERS ARE VERY NEAT AND VERY FRIENDLY IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.

HE SUGGESTED THAT I WATCH THE FURNACE BECAUSE HE COULDN''T DEFINE THE PROBLEM. IT STARTED WORKING AGAIN ON ITS OWN WHILE HE WAS THERE. THE NEXT EVENING AT ABOUT 8:00PM IT DIED AGAIN. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED WITH THAT I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY WHO QUICKLY FIXED THE PROBLEM.
