Description of Work: I can't remember exactly what we paid or the date but they put in our new furnace for our addition & we had them come & do service once & they were great. Professional, punctual, good quality.

Description of Work: Just had a new Armstrong furnace installed. The guys were great. Very professional. Laid down rugs and plastic before doing anything. Brian and Drew made up the crew and I couldn't have asked for a nicer couple of guys. Brian did most of the install I believe with Drew's help. He later checked my central air for anything obvious problems. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: My heating system was not working normally. I called this company while I was on travel and they responded promptly and professionally. I'm not rating them on cost because I have nothing to compare it to; I am rating them on responsiveness and professionalism. Dave Droegkamp gets high ratings in this regard.

Description of Work: I wanted a separate HVAC system for the portion of our house that we were going to rent out to a tenant. The sales person reviewed the situation and recommended a zone system instead because I couldn't meter the gas separately and a zone system would be much cheaper. He also recommended a number of ways to keep acoustic separation between tenant space and ours. All of this was very helpful, and cheaper than what I had in mind. I coordinated schedules among several contractors and they performed on schedule with excellent service. Friendly and very knowledgeable, the installer reviewed overall system maintenance with me and patched some leaks and some pipe insulation not otherwise part of his work. About half way through the job, I noticed he had installed one duct in a way that wouldn't work with my future plans. It was not his fault but he removed and replaced it with no complaint or extra charge.

Description of Work: I called Droegkamp Heating to obtain an estimate to install a powered dryer vent for my residence. I was told that "everyone who could speak with you is at training today, they will call you back tomorrow." They never called me back.

Description of Work: Furnace cleaning, new filter, I forgot to mention my Angie's list discount...my fault.

Description of Work: CHECKED FURNACE AND AC FOR ANY ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AFTER OUR HOUSE WAS STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. DID A YEARLY CHECK ON THE FURNACE.

Description of Work: INSTALLED CENTRAL AIR & HEAT.
