I can tell you first hand that Pete can be trusted, works quickly and efficiently and does an excellent job at a very fair price. Very difficult to find high quality installers like Pete!

+ -1 morePeter was great to work with. He was reliable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. He kept the costs of the project low by reusing our existing line sets.
Description of Work: Contracted to move air conditioning compressor to other side of house. BMC put down a Clad-lite pad and moved the unit approximately 40 feet. They ran the line through the basement to the other side of the house, and they contracted with an electrician to run new conduit in basement and install a high voltage electrical hook-up. They patched the holes in the brick at the original hook-up location. They serviced the air conditioning compressor.
