They did a good job. Their price was competitive. They came when they said they would come. They did exactly what they said they would and actually, they did a little bit more. I was very much pleased with them. I would use them again in the future too.

They arrived with a big crew and completed the job quickly. The entire project was done efficiently and neatly, and great care was taken to prevent damage to our flower beds. We were pleased with the work.

They came out on time and were very pleasant. They were fast and did a great job. They were much lower in price than other companies. I thought they were awesome and would definitely use them again.

Excellent. They were very prompt in getting out to the property, brought all the necessary equipment and personnel (not just some), and performed their job professionally - which I mention only because other companies who bid for the same service made excuses about availability and/or weather conditions. I dealt directly with the owner and he always made himself available - a rare thing in contracting companies these days.

They are excellent people. The owner of the company came out to give the bid and he was knowledgeable. He was not pushy to close the sale right away. He gave us our proposal in writing and his crew showed up on time. They did a superior job cleaning up, considering the amount of work they did.

This is the second time I have used them. They are fantastic. They not only take the trees down quickly, but they made all their shavings into one pile. It was easy for me to get rid of them. I think they were here for about two hours. He gave me the Angieslist discount. He took off another couple of hundred dollars because it took them less time than they expected. I had contacted another company and they said that they will consider a single tree which was split at the trunk as two trees, but these people considered it as one tree.

Fantastic company and crew. Entire arrangement was conducted efficiently by e-mail. They took great precautions not to damage my property with their lift truck. Everything was done quickly and they did an excellent cleanup job, beyond my expectations. There was nothing left undone. There was nothing for me to clean up.

We had the estimate, which they gave us for everything. We thought that when they said they were going to cut and haul away the trees that they were going to fill the trees holes. They never even offered. When we called them they said that most people don't want that done and that it would have cost extra. And if they would have told us that it would of cost extra we would of payed it because now we have three huge holes in our yard.

I called Arbor Pro for an estimate on taking down a large black walnut tree that had grown to loom over my swimming pool. Jareds estimate was almost $300 less than a previous estimate from another company which allowed me to afford to have my large spruce and pine trees fertilized along my lot line.They were out in 3 days to fertilize the trees. Unfortunately, when I finally committed to having the tree taken down, they were forecasting 3 days of rain and the ground needed to be dry and firm for them to bring in the bucket truck. Jared stayed in contact with me as we watched the weather forecasts and we eventually got the job done.

I contacted Arbor Pro and a number of other companies on approximately 4/15/10. Arbor Pro's owner Jerred Walsh responded within a week and provided me with a proposal on April 27th. During the appraisal visit, he was knowledgeable and very professional. The verbal estimate was approximately $1000 less than a previous estimate with some additional work included. He let me know it was a busy season and we were experiencing a lot of rain. His estimated work date as mid May; the time needed approximately 1/2 day. I accepted the formal emailed proposal after an adjustment to add the "hedge" a few days after the visit and returned the signed copy on April 27th. On May 10th, I contacted Jerred to see if a date had been set and was told we were scheduled for 5/14, weather permitting. His team arrived promptly at 8:30 and were courteous and professional throughout the job. A few smaller jobs I had thought we discussed were not in the written job description. The foreman called Jerred and they included these without extra charge. Their clean-up was thorough. They and all of the heavy equipment were gone by 2:00 PM. I would use Arbor Pro again and highly recommend them. ( The discount was 5%)

I created the quote request on their website and to my suprise, received a hard copy quote within a few days. I did the same with another company listed on Angie's list, but never heard from them. A few weeks later, their crew came and by the time I arrived home from work, everthing was complete and looked great.

They removed a bunch of dead branches and trimmed a very large cottonwood, did a nice job of it. Explained why they needed to do a lot less than we had thought needed to be done. Removed a large, old Dutch Elm that was too close to our house. Something we hadn't even thought about, but once they pointed it out, it became pretty obvious. They also gave us some good advice on some other dying trees our our wooded lot that needs attention. The "guys" came out on schedule, Jarred even called to make sure they had arrived on time. They were very careful about backing their truck/equipment through our uneven yard with very little room between the house and the well. Amazingly they were able to get everything where it needed to be and got the job done very quickly. We had forgot to mention that there was a small maple out front that needed some trimming, once again they pointed out that it really didn't need much. They took a couple of small branches off and it looked great, he was right! Didn't bother charging anything extra for that. I would definitely use them again, we have been very happy with what they did.

Immediate response from owner to estimate job. First one of three I called to complete estimate; came out a second time to estimate job due to some indecision on my part. I agreed to new estimate, and we confirmed the job that day. Work was done slightly less than two weeks later. Crew arrived on time, called ahead; foreman reviewed work order with me before work began. They worked quickly, were open to questions and suggestions and gave me their best advice. They cleaned up the site very well. Payment was made easy for me over the phone. The job itself took about 2.5 hours with 3 workers. I highly recommend this company...one of the best contractor experiences I've had in any category.

I left a message on a Thursday. Jerred stopped in and introduced himself to me two days later and handed us the estimate. He said it would be done within the next two weeks and he delivered the service as promised on time. Excellent job too with no leftover branches or mess to clean up. I would definitely recommend him to others.

The project went very well. Jerred is very quick to respond and follows through. A three-man crew arrived as scheduled and promptly went to work. The supervisor was professional and took great care to protect the house and driveway and to assure minimal impact to the lawn. The area was cleaned up thoroughly and all of the debris taken away. We're quite satisfied with the service and price; when we need tree service again, we won't hestitate to call Arbor Pro.

When we moved into our house several years ago, we wondered why the previous owners had FOUR large trees on one side of the small West Allis back yard. Finally we decided to have three of the trees removed and the fourth pruned of deadwood. We found Arbor Pro in Angie's List and in the BBB and then called them in mid-March (at the beginning of the tree-service season). Jerred immediately returned our call and was out to give a quote the next day. His quote was competitive and was further improved due to the 5% Angie's List discount. The 3-man crew that came to do the work was timely, polite, professional, and obviously experienced. The work was complicated by proximity to power lines and buildings. But they took care of having we energies temporarily drop the power lines, and they safely negotiated around our garage and some plantings we wanted saved. Jarred, although not part of the crew, stopped by mid-way through the work to ensure all was going well. We could not be happier.

Arbor Pro called in the morning of the day they were scheduled to be here and asked for a one day delay due to some emergency work which was not a problem for us. They showed up the next day and after a final walkthrough proceeded to cut the trees and branches as agreed. They also cut some additional branches without charging extra and cut all the trees into 2ft length, left the chips and that was it. Good job.

I was not home when thet came. They did a fantasic job. I would have nev er know they were here but, by looking at the tree.

They did all their work when I was at work. As a result I didn?t see the work being done. They pretty much cleaned up all the scrub and left the cut branches for firewood. Everything was done in accordance with what I expected.

I liked their professionalism and knowledge, and they seemed to be pretty honest. The price was fine. I would rate them highly.

Jerrad came right out and gave me a quote he was right there in price with his competitors. I sent the contract to Jerrad and we communicated a couple days later and set a date. They came in first thing, got the job done and cleaned up well

They showed up on time and worked until completion. They were extremely careful not to damage my house or walkway. The trees/stumps were very close to both. My neighbors remarked on what a good job they did cleaning up.

I signed up online (very convenient) and received a prompt response from the owner, Jerred Walsch via phone. He said he would be out the next day and give me the estimate. He asked if I wanted to be present when he walked around the lot. I called and said, no and he was fine with that. He came out the next day and left the estimate in the door. He also left a phone number to call with questions. I called him and said I wanted him to do the work and asked if he could do something about the thorny hawthorne trees which I had not asked for in the original estimate. He advised me on the best approach which was not as drastic as I had suggested to him. He originally told me it would be few weeks before they would do the work however, he called me within a few days and told me that he wanted to get it done sooner before the trees budded out since it was better for them. He explained he only used professionally trained arborists who worked for him. They came out the next day and did a wonderful job pruning and shaping the trees (they had never been professionally pruned in the 6 years I owned the property). They cleaned everything up and there was not trace of leftover branches left over. Jerred also contacted me several days later via phone to see if I was okay with the work they did and/or had any questions. Very nice to follow up AFTER the work is done! Overall very professional, courteous service and they were more reasonable than the other estimates received. I will definitely contact them again for their services in the future.
