Used them twice for tree trimming and tree (buckthorn) removal. Always had prompt responses and scheduling for the projects. All of the guys who work in their team are incredibly nice and happy to explain what the job will entail and why specific things need to be done. We will absolutely use them for our future projects.

Arbor Pro came on time and completed within the morning. I had asked to save some of the wood from two of the trees that were being cut down. They nicely stacked up the wood for us. They cleaned up all the mess. Also, they did a very good job of being careful of the other garden plants as they took out the trees and stumps. The pruned and trimmed trees look great.

They left the area they worked looking better than the rest of my yard. They removed the tree, hauled everything off. They also grind the stump and hauled off the stump grinding.

I emailed Jeered on Friday May 30, 2014 for a quote on removing 2 pine trees. He emailed me back within minutes with a quote, which I accepted, and with an estimated service date by the end of the following week. His crew showed up on Monday June 2nd and completed the work as quoted. Outstanding service!

First I'd like to set the record straight regarding an earlier review I provided about Arbor Pro and their unresponsiveness to an email that I sent to them requesting a quote. I am now convinced that the lack of a response was due to a system error rather than any fault attributable to Jerred. The most recent experience with Arbor Pro (Jerred and crew) exceeded my expectations! The crew did an outstanding job pruning the apple tress and removing various other tress. I will definitely contact contact Jerred for any and all future tree care.

They did exactly what they promised.

We had another contractor start the removal of 2 large willows but they stopped showing up half way through leaving denuded trees, logs and branches in the yard. Rich and his crew (I wish I knew their names they were all so great) took care of everything. They came when they said they would and got rid of the trees, logs and branches and cleaned up beautifully. They were so pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful to my elderly Mother who decided to come over and watch. They obviously have high standards and I would recommend them for anything. If I could rate them an A plus I would.

It looks like a whole new yard now without this tree!! Arbor Pro came in at the time they said that they would and finished the job within 5 hours!! I was amazed at the efficiency and the follow through with there customer service. I had a request that I wanted them to do before they left (leaving behind a load of wood chips.) I called, left a message, to ask whether they could fulfill my request and within 20 minutes the supervisor on site, as well as the owner, Jerrod, had called me back to see what I needed. The yard was cleaned of all debris like no one had been there...except that there was no tree!! They used the right equipment and precautions necessary with a large tree that is so close to power lines and the house.

No work was done because Arbor Pro never responded to my request for a quote

ARRIVED ON TIME.WERE ABLE TO SAVE SOME YOUNGER TREES THAT WERE BELOW THE LARGER TREES BEING REMOVED.OVERALL,VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB AND THE WORKERS.WOULD CALLTHEM AGAIN.

We were thoroughly pleased with ARBOR PRO's work on this project. The three man crew did a wonderful job on the trees, they look great and very healthy. If it is possible, they did an even better job cleaning up the yard from all the branches that came down. We have used ARBOR PRO for many years and will certainly continue to do so.

Everything went smoothly from the estimate to the actual work. Jerred was very timely in responding to my questions about the estimate and (although the work was slightly delayed due to heavy rain) in completing the job. The crew did a great job cleaning up the site. I would definitely recommend Arbor Pro!

I called and left a message with this company for a quote on a good-size tree trimming job at my home. I have not received a call back, now 10 days later.

We are very pleased with the way they are taking care of our trees. The responsiveness is great, if there is something wrong they will have someone out in 24 hours.

We would highly recommend them. They were really great about coming out and giving a quote. They were much more careful about the work they were going to do so we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg. They were excellent. A fellow across the street recommended them. He is an arborist for the county but he doesn't do residential work. They were prompt and the price was good. They cleaned up so beautifully. The raking they did afterwards was unbelievable. We would absolutely use them again.

While I had chosen Arbor Pro back in August , they were not able to start the project until the end of September because the electric company needed to disconnect my service and this was when the electric company could come. This was going to be a 2 day project and naturally after all the weeks of fine weather, the scheduled day dawned with rain . However the rain stopped and the crew was able to start the work. They made quick work of the bushes in the front yard and then got the bucket truck positioned in back to take out the main event. , a cottonless cottonwood about 75 feet tall. The crew was awesome to watch! Such precision cutting! And quick! By the end of the day the cottonwood was down to the trunk and the front trees were down to also to the trunks. In addition the silver maple was trimmed to my satisfaction and everything cleaned up and put away. The crew coordinated with the electric company for my service to be reconnected so that by the time they left my electric service was back on. A neighbor who is a professional photographer was so impressed that she snapped some pictures of the crew in action and put on her blog for viewers to see the great work! The next day again dawned with rain but it had ended by the time the crew arrived. It was interesting to watch them slowly take down the 75 foot trunk and dispose of the big heavy pieces. Then they ground the stumps and cleaned up the yard including the street in front of the house! Leaving the property cleaner than it was. All it all it was a great experience and there wasn't anything that I would do differently. When it comes time to get the silver maple tree trimmed, I will call Arbor Pro again.

He gave me great advice. He appreciated how honest he was with me. He told me that the tree was fine for now and would not need removed or treated for a while. He also gave me an estimate for what it would cost to remove the tree when it was time. I would use definitely use him again.
