We had a leaking problem in our home that nobody could solve, so even though our roof was only 17 years old, decided that we had to replace it. We got bids from four companies and went with Alternative Design & Construction. They were reasonable and hard-working and the best thing was that they were able to start almost immediately, before the next big rainstorm! They did the house and garage, plus a bit of carpentry work on the house, in only three days and left nothing out of place when they left. They also guarantee that no water will get back into our house or porch!

They were great to work with. They showed up on time and completed the project within the time frame. There were a few issues during the remodeling which they addressed and took care of right away. Over all I would highly recommend them.
