My new shower leaks and accordion to contractors it will take between 12,000 to 16,000 to repair. HE WONT RESPOND TO US .He has insurance but they we I'll only pay for about half ( I guess I pull the rest ou of my *** ) He contracted out the painters and what a **** show that was . We also had luxury vinyl floor put in throughout the house and it is separating. in 4 areas. HE IS NOT BONDED WITCH WOULD'VE PAID THE REST. HE wont answer our text or phone calls . He is in over his head and should not be a general contractor a grunt maybe. My advice run as fast as you can to the next contractor on your list.

Work started in March and was supposed to be done the end of May 2019. Ran over into June. Redid our master bath and removed our old tub and shower and replaced them with a new shower. The shower has been leaking since the end of 2019. We are working with his insurance company (going on almost four months). We have had numerous adjusters, contractors and water re!mediaton proffessionals here to get our shower fixed. Of course the insurance company does not want to fix the problem but put a bandaid on it. Our whole bathroom needs to be ripped apart including removing the floor. We are also having problems with the vinyl flooring that was installed throughout the house. He won't answer our messages and told the police we were harrassing him. Not very proffessional either, starting works at 9:00 am -9:30 am and leaving at 3:30 pm. We had basically the whole house painted and that job was so-so. Other parts of the remodel went fairly well. The cost for the repair will be $16,000.00
