Richard is a very professional and pleasant man. He is punctual. He has a group of about 5 men that work for him. They all were pleasant to me. They completed the work on time. I was happy with how they did not trample or damage any of my plants. The damage done to various parts of the property was unacceptabe. They did do a pretty good job picking up the roofing debris, but I spent about a full day using special citrus cleaner to get all the tar marks off my house. If it were only that, I wouldn't have been so upset, but some of the marks went through the paint, so I had to do touch up with that also. They had knocked the newspaper holder a good one, so I had to drill a new hole for one side and because the black mark did not come off the front of that, that had to be removed and painted. At night, they stashed most of there stuff along my white fence. There were so many marks on the fence when they were done, that good portions of that had to be painted as well. One window now has a 5 inch mark in the middle (it's at eye level; unfortunetly very noticable); that's one repair I haven't fixed. They broke the small table right in two; the one that was adjacent to the back of the garage. My neighbor claims that one of the men hit her house with a ladder; it does have a suspicious 4 inch dent in the siding. She also complained to me about the worker's profanity. I had no television reception after the job. I figured something might have been screwed up when they put the antenna back on the house. It worked fine before the job. This, I told Richard about. He said they don't cover antenna or dish damage. Wow, and I didn't even mention the rest of the damage. I eventually had an antenna repair man come out and for $90 he reattached the cable to the antenna (it looked connected but it was not in all the way). One good thing: the roof does not leak.
Description of Work: Removed several layers of old roof, applied new roof and new gutters to house and one car garage. Cost was $6000

They were very good. They were prompt and on time every morning. They cleaned up very well after themselves after every day. It took them about 4 days because they did replace the whole gutter system and the soffits.
Description of Work: They shingled our house for us. They did have to remove the old shingles and also replaced the plywood.

He did a fine job. I liked the roof he picked out. He did extra work for me because parts of my roof is flat. He did extra work around my chimney and fireplace exit. I was not pleased with the mess that was left. They did not clean up after meals, and left old roof pieces laying around. I am still picking up pieces of my old roof.
Description of Work: He put a new roof on my home.
