Ralf was very responsive to my e-mail, and the work was quoted and started quickly. We continued to add items to the list we wanted to have him complete. He worked quickly, and was always friendly and respectful. I have recommended him to friends, neighbors and coworkers.

My experience with Ralf, limited as it was, was very professional. Ralf contacted me very quickly after the request was made. We exchanged details over email (I do everything over email - can't have better proof than the written word). Though he was willing to come out to assess my tile damage, I simply provided pictures and Ralf provided an estimate. The estimate was very detailed and extremely reasonably priced. I decided to undertake the repairs myself, but had I chosen someone to do the work, it would have been this company.

NEED A HANDYMAN...LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! WE FOUND RALF @ OLD WORLD QUALITY THRU ANGIES LIST. LISTEN, THE OLD WORLD QUALITY IS WHAT YOU GET AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. WITH RALF'S INPUT WE DECIDED TO PUT NEW TILES OVER THE OLD TILES. HE ASSURED US THAT IT WOULD WORK AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT WOULD BE TERRIFIC. I HAD SOME CONCERN ABOUT THE NEW HEIGHT OF THE NEW TILES AND HOW ALL DOORS WOULD FIT. RALF HAD DONE TILING INSTALATION BEFORE BUT PUTTING TILE OVER TILE WAS NEW TO HIM. HE DID SOME RESEARCH AND CAME BACK WITH A QUOTE, PLUS MATERIAL. WE PROCEEDED AND THE JOB TOOK PLACE OVER FOUR DAYS AND OUR FOYER DOES LOOK TERRIFIC.HE DID HAVE TO CUT TWO CLOSET DOORS TO MAKE THEM FIT OVER THE NEW TILE. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF SELLING OUR HOME AND OUR NEW FOYER IS A GREAT WELCOMING FEATURE.ALSO, AT THE END OF ONE DAY HE DID CUT OUT TWO DAMAGED TILES IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND INSTALLED NEW ONES. RALF SAID HE WILL NOT QUOTE ANY JOB HE DOES NOT FEEL CONFIDENT IN DOING.

Excellent. Work was done quickly, very clean. Ralf speaks broken English(German) however I was able to communicate what I wanted and he understood and delivered it perfectly.
