Description of Work: Removed old oil furnace and oil tank and installed new high efficiency gas furnace and humidifier. Salesman was great and very low pressure. Workers were here exactly when they said they'd be. When they drained the oil from the tank, I got reimbursed for the oil. My house is old but they did an excellent job routing wires and pipes, etc. so pleased with the results. It's a pleasure having the heat on without all the noise and banging of the old furnace, totally quiet. Highly recommend Thielmann!

Description of Work: Installed new architectural roof on ranch house, breezeway, 2-1/2 car garage and shed. Installed new gutters and Downspouts and gutter shields all around. They were non pressure, honest, neat and kept me in the loop as far as rain/snow days. They did what they promised and my house looks great! I couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: one of three companies providing estimate on replacement of furnace and a/c. brad who did estimate was friendly andeasy to talk to. it was late in day, and i was late getting home due to traffic. brad provided answers to my barrage of questions with no concerns. i felt brad knew his business. while they sell both lennox and bryant, he strongly believed in lennox brand. he provided estimates for both, i ended up going with lennox, $135 more than my lowest bryant bid, but 10 yrs labor warrantee along with 10 yrs on parts. i got my estimate by email the next morning. follow up call by brad day later. brad was attentive without being pushy. i dont like the h hard sell approach. there was a couple of iterations on details of estimate before i pulled the trigger, i can be a bit anal on details. installers showed up right on time. courtesy call that they were on way. my wife home for install, said guys were very nice, did a professional job. 100 % on clean up, youd never know they had replaced furnace in the basement. i had pulled mulch away from concrete pad to help them to relevel it before install of new a/c. im sure it only took them a minute or two, but they redistributed mulch back to how it was. again youd never know a new a/c installed hours earlier. time will tell if i made right choice on lennox vs. bryant. i very confident i made a good choice on them as installer.
