They went above and beyond the call of duty and assisted in ensuring that floor protectors were put on all furniture as this will allow me the ability to move my furniture when cleaning. In addition, they took extra steps to ensure the quality of the install. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring. Last, Dave, the owner was always available when I had questions in advance and after the install . Very responsive.
Description of Work: Had luxury vinyl installed in entire main floor of home.

+ -1 moreIt could not have worked out better! Our kitchen is rather large and transitions to wood floor in three areas. (hall, family room, and den) We were told that we would need to have a transition strip by two other companies. We really do not care for that look but felt we did not have a choice. We were about to sign a deal with another company when I decided to have Hales Corners Flooring give me a price. After talking with their installer, they were willing to try to taper the kitchen floor to match up with the wood floors. It looks great. Price was little less than the other lowest bid and I was able to use a 5% Angie's coupon.
Description of Work: We had alterna premium routable tiles installed in our kitchen and laundry/mud room.

+ -1 moreAfter seeing their decent grades on Angie's List, we decided to check them out. We first checked their website to see what their store hours were on Saturdays. The website said they were open until 4pm. We got there around 2pm only to find out that they were only open until noon during the summer. We had no other business to tend to in Hales Corners, so it was a wasted trip and a waste of gas. Based on this, we will not be using them for our flooring needs. If they would have updated their website, they wouldn t have lost us as a potential customer.
Description of Work: My wife and I drove out to their showroom from Wauwatosa to see what they had to offer in laminate flooring for our kitchen and bathroom.

+ -1 moreMy wife and I were treated very nice at the showroom and felt no pressure from the salesman. Their installers were very courteous and did a professional job on the installation. The price was mid ranged compared to the other contractors. I would us them again.
Description of Work: They came out to our house and took off the moldings where it was needed and under cut the moldings in other areas. They installed the underlayment. Filled and sanded to a smooth surface. Then installed the vinyl flooring. Then finished the job reinstalling the moldings.
