+ -1 moreThey may be very busy, and don't need to follow up with every potential customer. I was disappointed with the lack of followup.
Description of Work: Unfortunately, I was never able to hook up with them. I left several phone messages and an email. They emailed me back, and left a voice mail for me, but when I answered their voice mail with my contact information and times when I was available, I never heard back from them. In their defense, I left a long distance phone number for them, since I travel back and forth from Kentucky to Wisconsin. All the same, they had the contact information, and my assurance they could call any time of the day or night and I would answer the number I gave them.

Description of Work: Before moving into my new apartment, Family Touch Cleaning came and did the floors and baseboards, bathroom, kitchen, cabinets, closets, and ceiling fans.

+ -1 moreVery thorough and timely. Kendra is very pleasant and there are not multiple people that come to clean. Usually she is alone but there are two others that help her from time to time.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE THOROUGH, RELIABLE, AND SMART. THEY'RE THE FIRST CLEANING SERVICE I'VE USED THAT DIDN'T PUT GARBAGE IN MY PAPER RECYCLING. I DON'T KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS THEY USE, BUT WHEN THEY'RE DONE, THE HOUSE SMELLS CLEAN BUT NOT LIKE CHEMICALS. AND ON THE RARE OCCASIONS THAT I'M HOME AND I SEE KENDRA, SHE'S ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT.
