Made the process easy and quick. Love our new floors!

Did my bathroom floor messed up, came back to redo -messed it up even more. Flooring was spotty, wrong color and burned through. Buried all moldings and vents under oppoxy that I had to pay another contractor to redo everything they did plus buy all moldings and vents to replace. On top of it all they are refusing to refund my deposit saying deposit is not refundable! Will never recommend anybody to use them.

Brian’s presentation of the work to be done, how it would be done, and what to do after it was done was by far the best of the quotes I got. The installation team arrived on time, were courteous, answered my questions and completed the work on time. Floor looks great! Brian followed up several days later to make sure I was happy. A very satisfied customer here.

I received quotations from three other companies and found Black Rhino to be the most thorough and professional from the quotation to the installation. I would recommend to anyone.

Friendly and responsive crew

At a time when many contractors are so busy they wont call you back; Brian made multiple in-person trips to ensure the job was solutioned appropriately due to not being able to see the existing slab until the wood floor was removed. They worked with us to get us on the schedule and ensure that they did not impact our timeline. We couldnt be more pleased with the quality of work and service.

Black Rhino was great to work with. We had 4 companies that we got quotes from. This was the most comprehensive proposal with step-by-step pictures and descriptions of the process. Project was completed on time and professionally. Workers were great to work with and came on time and worked until finished with that day's task. Garage floor looks awesome and get compliments from everyone that sees it. Even the UPS guy and the garbage guys.
