Great customer service and great job overall. Highly recommend.

All went better than I had expected. I received a VM message and called back. I had not been aware ahead of time (all the work was outside. They didn't need access to any of the buildings. Unfortunately, as I was not aware, I was not able to leave a check ahead of time. I did mail it to them soon after. The owners were very friendly, very professional, and oversaw the work that was performed. Prior to any work being done, I was met at my home for an assessment of what I had and to determine what I might be looking for. All the prices that I was quoted were very reasonable and I agreed to all that was set forth. Downside: After we had agreed to the premise of the contract, but before I had signed it, I was informed that their other clients in my immediate area had canceled for various reasons. Having owned a small business, I understand they cannot run their business with only one home in an area. I was told that they would be more than happy to return for larger jobs, such as spring prep, and that if they were developing more clients in the immediate area they would contact me and we could restart out alliance. I was very happy with our contacts, the job done, and the potential to work with them yet again. In an attempt to get them back here to the Fox Point area, I do my best to let as many people as possible know about them.

Not Very good.

Things went very well. They did an excellent job. They also went above and beyond. My father-in-law had died in August and my daughter asked if they could move some rose bushes that her grandmother had planted and bring them to my house. They were very kind and transplanted the roses. They even went above and beyond by getting me an arbor and trellis that were perfect for the gardens the roses are in.. I have used their services several time now and plan to keep using them as long as they will have me. Mike Kowal, Oak Creek, WI.

Everything went very well. They did everything they were asked to do, and more. Sandra picked out the flowers for the projects and proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that her taste is much, much better than mine. These are the some of the hardest working most dependable people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I think they are related to the energizer bunny, they just keep working and working and working. It was a 2 day project and I more than got my money's worth. Both days, Sandra, John and their help worked until dark. (actually, the first day they worked past dark. John has lights on his mower.) I have used them before to maintain some things in my yard. I was very satisfied then and even more impressed this time. Sandra picked out beautiful flowers, and designed and created flower beds that are a joy to look at. John is a perfectionist and won't quit until something is done the way he knows it should be done. (He is more demanding than I am.) If you have anything that needs doing, doing right and looking fantastic when it is done, these are the people you want! I highly recommend At Your Service. The results were great! I give my highest recommendation to At Your Service. The owners clearly care about their customers and the quality of their work. I had hired another company to mow my lawn over the summer, which included over three weeks I was out-of-town, and returned home to a nightmare yard. I called At Your Service, and they were at my house the very next day. Throughout the entire process they were so friendly and easy to work with, asking me which services I wanted and taking the time to explain exactly the work they would do. They completed the job quickly and thoroughly, and then chatted with me afterward to ensure it was what I wanted. Their prices are very fair and in-line with other lawn services I?ve used in the past. I?m happy to find a company I can trust to take care of my lawn over the summer, even if I might be away. At Your Service is now doing my weekly mowing, and I will definitely contact them if I need snow removal this winter.

At Your Service Lawn & Snow has a reasonable price. Their work is okay. We get along great and they do what I ask and do a great job.

They are superb. Their pricing is so low that I generally add to the bill :). John and Sandra take pride in their work. Each time they've been here for a major project, they've exceeded my expectations. They also mow the lawn weekly, and their prices are very reasonable. The lawn is trimmed, and they throw in little extras. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with their excellent work.As an added perk, they're extremely nice people!

They showed up when they said they would. The owners and the help they had with them were very nice and worked very hard. They did not stop until the task was complete. I was very impressed and will be using them again and again and again whenever the need arises.

AT YOUR SERVICE did an excellent job of SNOW-BLOWING and shoveling of our driveway, sidewalk, and backyard patio for the entire 2011-12 winter season, and deserve an A++ rating! (Other sevices had insisted on using a plow for the driveway which left a coating of ice on the drive, took hunks out of the drive, and tore up grass at the edge.) John, Sandra, and their crew, from AT YOUR SERVICE, use only SNOW-BLOWERS and shovels and get the drive and walkways extremely clean right down to the surface .They are wonderful people to deal with, charge reasonable prices, and they do it like or better than when we did it ourselves. We can't say enough good things about their work and them, and have already signed up with them for the coming 2012-13 winter season!

Since the beginning of March, John and Sandra (owners of At your Service Lawn and Snow) have been doing projects around my house. First they put in a bed of mulch which required leveling the ground, removing some old shrubs, and removing the old grass. They then worked on a raised flower bed along the backside of the house which is about 7 feet long by 2 feet wide. Both John and Sandra where meticulous in there work laying the foundation and than the stones. After the flower bed was completed I than had them create a raised flower bed around a tree in the back yard. This flower bed was no ordinary flower bed measuring 11 feet in diameter around the bottom of the true. Once again I was very, very happy with their work as we tried different variations around the tree and than finally agreed what would look best. I have another project for John and Sandra to put a raised flower bed around an old tree stump in the backyard and am looking forward to having them accomplish this for me.

They’ve been pretty good.

Everything went well. They completed a tremendous amount of work in a short period of time. Frankly, I've never seen people work so hard and so well. Additionally, they're nice people; it's a pleasure to work with them, and I trust their judgment completely. They also offered to do snow plowing, but we just didn't get enough snow this past winter to need it. If we had, I'm sure they would have done an excellent job. Again, they performed a variety of services for us - clean up, bush/tree trimming, mulching, seeding, planting, landscaping, etc. All their work was of the highest quality. Drs.
