Expert tree was very thorough and professional from the start. They put together a detailed bid and project proposal, they cut down the overgrown trees and trimmed what needed trimming. I highly recommend them!

I had them come a take down all the trees growing around the foundation of my rental property. When I went over to check before I paid the bill there was a window broken very near where the tree was removed. I called and complained and they said it wasn't them! Most businesses when there is a broken window near where you are working you would take a photo of the window prior to beginning the work. I would not hire them again unless there was no one else who could do the job.

Everyone involved was great to communicate with. They did the work quickly and cleaned up very well. Have used them a few times and always been good work.

For estimate and actual work Expert Tree showed up on time per appointments. On day of service, they did a walk of the job again with me, performed excellent work, did great job of cleaning up all branches and leaves, and then did a walk of the work with me before they left. Would hire them again as my top choice for any future tree service work. The workers were all dressed professionally and had top quality equipment and trucks.

It went well. The main purpose was achieved but the high parts of the tree were not touched. However, the description was followed exactly. I just didn’t pay attention to the proposal wording until later.

The team from Expert Tree Service did a great job. From the initial visit to inspect the trees and provide a quote to the actual trimming and clean up, everyone involved was highly professional. Because of the location of the trees, they could not use a boom truck so the trimmers, Bennie and Manny, had to climb the trees using ropes from the ground. They were always careful in their work and asked me when they had questions about trimming certain limbs. It was amazing to watch them work 60 feet above the ground. Clean up was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

The pruning went well. They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional yet friendly. Since they are excellent at their jobs however, scheduling is a challenge.

The crew showed up at 8:00 and everything was done and the area cleaned up by 10:00. The work to be done was verified before anyone started and before they left made sure I was satisfied with the job. I will definitely use Expert Tree for any future tree trimming removal needs.

The sales/estimate was great, the arborist was knowledgable and the estimate accurately included details of the job. The actual service was also great, the lead on the job met with me and reviewed the plan to ensure the pruning would be what was bit and expected. The crew was professional and cleanup was excellent. The price (with the Angies List discount) was on par with similar bids from companies with the same experience and arborists on staff. The only difficultly was with the scheduling post estimate. The estimate was given in January, but company could not commit to when the job would be scheduled (likely because of the their backlog). This is understandable, but we would have preferred to have been given a solid date at the end of their backlog; rather we were told we'll call a week before we can get you in. Given pruning oaks is a time sensitive service, this almost made us go with another company that could commit to a solid date.

This was the second tree we had removed by this company, this one right next to my neighbors garage. 50’ line came down without a single limb landing on her garage. It took longer, but they were very professional. Will definitely use them again.

Due to a timing snafu, I needed two large trees trimmed on short notice, right before Thanksgiving. Expert Tree responded right away, showed up on time, completed the work and left without leaving a trace of a mess behind. Definitely will use them again!

Fabulous. They are a Great Team. Very Professional. They have the equipment to do the job thoroughly and maximize their time. They had a large crew to insure everything got done timely. They also were very careful not to do anything that could cause damage to the tree. The person doing the bid was a horticulturist and was able to let me know exactly what would be in the best interest of the tree and what would not be. They made sure anything that might get broken was moved. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The will be my Tree Expert from now on.
