Tony and his crew did an excellent job. They were courteous and cleaned up very well. It's also highly entertaining to watch them.

Everything went as planned. One tree was removed, the other was trimmed.

They were very easy to work with. I am not at home during the day, and Hayden's Ridge were very willing to handle everything by phone. The quote was done promptly and within the time they specified. Once I accepted the quote, the Ash Borer treatment was completed within a week or so, while the pruning work was scheduled about 4 weeks out. I did not have to be present on the days that they completed the work. When I got home on they day they did the pruning, I was amazed at how thoroughly they cleaned everything up. I wouldn't have been able to tell they had been there at all, except for the fact that my trees looked so much better with all the deadwood gone. I am very happy with the end result.

Excellent. They were on time, took the time to go over things with me and then the work was done. Yard was in perfect shape after all the removals and such. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to use them. It is effortless and everyone I talk to within the company is super friendly and professional.

They snuck in and did the injection a couple of weeks ago and left me the bill which was okay because I did not need to be there for that. Then last week they called and left me a message that they would be out 8/16 Tuesday which is today. Came around 12:30 pm. There were 3 of them. I called them the "tree climber" the branch pickeruppper and chopper and the foreman. It took just a bit under an hour. (big tree). We sat and watched...love the smell of fresh cut and ground up wood. It is amazing watching that guy up there swinging on his rope with his chain saw whipping it out and zipping off the dead branches. Very skillful. The foreman oversaw the whole thing. The guy who had to shove the branches into the chopper was cautiously efficient. They cleaned up as they went and when it was all done area was clean and the tree looks so much healthier with all those dead branches gone.

Use this Company with confidence. These guys ran like a well oiled machine. They made short and easy work of removing a very large cotton wood tree hanging over the house with their use of a crane. They did a great job trimming many of our remaining large cotton wood trees we wanted cleaned up. Each member of the crew was always busy, and they were constantly cleaning the work site. A great experience from start to finish, they did an excellent job.

I called and left a message and received a call back immediately. I thought the price was very reasonable for the size of the tree. I liked that I did not have to pay in advance. I was billed after the service was completed. I would hire Hayden again.

Jason who came out to give estimates was professional and thorough. Monica who I talked with several times on the phone to schedule was always courteous timely in her response and called ahead to let me know when they were coming to do the work--something I requested because I wanted to be present for the work. A three-man crew arrived. The crewman who did the birch tree was amazing in terms of his obvious experience in moving through the tree. He and the other ground crewman would stop and consult to ask my opinion. The tree looks excellent! Thinned and well balanced. The groundcrewman also blew out the gutter not only removing any tree debris but also in the process blew out other debris. I am, however, extremely disappointed in the pruning of the 20-year old Japanese lilac. The work order I discussed with Jason called for "cutting any deadwood, thinning, to lightly raise canopy to balance the tree, and to clear both houses." I also stopped to discuss the order with the third crewman working on the lilac because when I checked on the tree it was severely pruned on one side and I said the tree should look balanced. I trusted that would happen. Towards the end of the entire job another crewmember showed up, he didn't introduce himself and just asked if the crab apple was done yet (they were just going to snip a branch to clear a wire). I said No. He did that and then came to me with the bill. When I returned to look at the Japanese lilac after they left I was more than surprised. From the street the tree looks lopsided learning to the left and from the backyard side, the left side of the tree is obviously unnecessarily overly pruned leaving a blank space. I realized that the crewman cut off whole branches with a chain saw and handsaw. Some branches only needed to be trimmed. I called Haydens and talked with Monica who was helpful and said she would call Tony, the owner. I received a call from Tony and he said he would be here in 10 minutes. He showed up and I took him to the backyard to show him. He insisted he didn't see anything wrong. I tried to explain to him that he didn't see the tree before the job so he wouldn't have known what the issues were. His demeanor was abrupt and quite frankly he obviously did not seem at all concerned about my dissatisfaction with the work on this tree and the clear work order that indicated to thin lightly raise crown and BALANCE. The clearing of the houses would have been easy enough and did not require the removal of number of entire mature branches. I even said I discussed with the crewman doing the job that the tree needed to be balanced. (I had an arborist prune the tree for the same issue a few years ago--he did a beautiful job, but is now retired and he moved from the area). There is an electrical wire that was close to a branch BUT the branch only needed to be pruned; it was not necessary to remove entire branches. Not only that it was NOT part of the work order. I don't mean any negative feelings toward the crewman but my feeling is he may not have been as experienced as the other crewman. I even asked the more experienced crewman to check on the lilac but really it was too late. Too much had been pruned. I read some great reviews by others who used this service and I was hoping to give a similar good review. And in part, mine is. However I am extremely disappointed in the owner. He was abrupt, did not care to listen to my concern --I am after all the paying customer. I had already paid for the birch borer treatment and had written a check for $417 for this additional work--about $195 for the Japanese lilac. And had all gone well, I would have used this service again AND I would have referred their service to others. Obviously the tree limbs cannot be replaced but at least if the owner--of all people would have demonstrated some good customer service skills i.e., what can I do/ what canwe do to make this right--a discount--just some genuine acknowledgement that yes, perhaps the crew member was too aggressive in his trimming, or the crew member could have talked with you, or the crew member should have gotten out of the tree to take a look at the work so far to check his work, etc. I would feel differently than I do. Unfortunately, none of this happened and I'm left feeling disappointed and now will have to look at the lopsided lilac. My low professional rating, responsiveness and quality rating is based on my experience with the owner and the work on the lilac tree. I am sorely disappointed the owner did not at all want to consider my point of view.

I could not have been more pleased with the work Hayden's did. From Monica in the office doing scheduling to the guys that came and did the work, it all went just perfectly and at an extremely reasonable price. The guys that came and trimmed the tree took the time to answer all of my questions before and during the trim and then made sure I was completely happy with the final job. The guys that came and pruned the shrubs made sure that what there were about to do met my expectations and the finished job was absolutely picture perfect. In both instances, they cleaned up the yard of all the debris and when they left, you would not have known that they were there except that the trimming and pruning was done. I highly recommend Hayden's Ridge Tree Service.

They did an excellent job. They were easy to work with. They were prompt. They were well priced. They cleaned up after themselves and left the yard looking very good. Tony and the pricing representative were both excellent. I would recommend them to my friends.

As always with Hayden's Ridge it went well!! Estimate was provided, time scheduled, on time, work completed, cleaned up and could hardly tell they were here.

From initial inquiry on their website to final removal of the last wood chip, Hayden's did a great job. I filled out the form on their website and within a day was contacted about setting up a time for an estimate. After confirmation of the estimate, they were very quick to get the work done, which was good because one tree was getting very close to falling on the house. They did a great job of removing all trees, stump grinding some of them and cleanup.

Estimate was received on timely basis and outlined exactly what the job would include. A follow up call was received which outlined the time line for the work to be completed. Crews worked efficiently and did a good job with clean up.

They are clear in explaining what will be done and what the expectations will be. They listen to what you want and are very responsive. The shrubs look very nice now that the work has been completed. Some of the work required them to go onto my neighbors yard so it was nice that they were able to be top notch while being on someone else's property.

I have used Hayden's before and they have always done an excellent job, and at a reasonable price. I just happened to be home when the guys came to cut down the tree. It is amazing to watch them remove such a large tree. They removed all of the branches that fell on the ground using a rake to make sure they got it all, and even used a pitch fork to lift the sod where the large branches may have dented the ground. My husband and I are both pleased with their excellent service and professionalism. We will always go to Hayden's because we want the job done right and at a fair price.

Great. We contacted them in July, received a prompt estimate, but didn't call to schedule until late February. The crew took care of us within a week and also fit in the neighbor's house on the same day.

Jason and the guys from Hayden's Ridge were great! Very professional, timely and did a great job of clean up. Jason also showed us some issues we had with chestnut borer in one of the oaks. He gave us a treatment plan for later in the year that we will definitely do in June. They did an amazing job in a short amount of time. (all done in 1/2 day) We would definitely recommend them and will use them again later this year and going forward as necessary.

They did an excellent job. They had a lot of equipment here, got it done quickly, and cleaned up completely.

It went great. I called him and he came out the next morning to look at the pine tree and give me a price. Since the tree was leaning towards the house and the ground was saturated fr the rain the days before, I was concerned that if we had another storm it would fall on the house, and cause alot of damage. He said he could cut it down within 2-3 days. He showed up on time, and safely and efficiently cut down the tree, without any damage to the house, which was difficult, as it was so close to the house, and towered over it. I would definitely recommend him , and would call him again for any tree services that I need.

They worked me in earlier than expected - did a thorough job then cleaned up everything!!!

They came within the time window in which they said they would come, both for the estimate and the service, and they did a good job. But they gave us a two-week window and came the afternoon of the last possible day. I would use them again if I didn't need them to complete the service immediately.

Service was performed while we were out of town. No mess was left and everything that needed to be hauled was hauled. Overall a good job.
