I have not received any word on when service will be done.

Great service, especially the prompt removal of all tree trimmings. My only moment of difficulty was when the supposed supervisor, who did not go to my front door, but instead showed up in the alley behind my house, interrupted my questions by pointing out that he was in a hurry and had to get to another job, before leaving hastily. The on-site truck driver and the agile, skillful tree trimmer were the only two men left on site. I still don't understand why the other guy was there, except perhaps to annoy and insult me.

We obtained four different bids for a removal of a very large tree, and Hayden's was by far the most professional and responsive. Not to mention, they had a very fair price. When a certificate of insurance was requested, I received it from directly from the agency - a very key sign of integrity and doing things the "right" way. Their office was responsive to my questions and very clear on the process. And, they really did leave our yard better than they found it (not even a pine cone left!). I already recommended them to friends in the area who experienced a similar situation and they too went with Hayden's. I would highly recommend Hayden's Ridge.

Went great! Two guys showed up, did the work, and cleaned up as if no one had been there. They did a great job!

Very well. They did an excellent job and were reasonably priced.

They were super fast in scheduling, responsive when I requested an earlier time/date, they made an exception and allowed me to pay in two installments and returned when I requested an additional branch be cut down which they did no charge due to a difference in expectations. They weren't way beyond my expectations and I will contact them again in the future.

I contacted Hayden's Ridge for an estimate on removing a tree, and they came to my house within a couple days. They said they would use a crane to remove the tree, and their quote was quite a bit less than similarly rated tree service providers in the area. They got me one their schedule within a few weeks. They started dropping off equipment early and started working right on time. They were professional, efficient, careful, and clean. They did a great job and checked with me anytime they had a concern. My neighbors were also impressed and want to use them for their next tree service.

I don't know the business well enough to grade the quality.

They came and left a bid while I was at work. We setup a date and time for the stump to be removed. They did the service while I was at work, and when I got home everything was gone and the mess cleaned up. Would recommended this company to anyone.

What a pleasure! Hayden's Ridge made a sad situation (who wants to chop down a tree?) bearable. Hayden's Ridge was fantastic, from the scheduler (Monica?) to Jason, the tree guy, to the team that removed them, to the guy who came to clear away the stumps and clean up. A first class operation - I hope I don't need them again, (how sad to tear down trees!) but if I do, these are the folks I will call. They also pruned my huge Autumn Blaze Maple tree - it has always had a beautiful shape, but was never pruned. They pruned it and thinned it out beautifully - I did not think it could look better, but it really does. Thanks, Hayden's Ridge!

The job was bid, scheduled and completed in a completely professional manner. I was very happy with the crew and the owner was onsite to provide supervision. Clean-up was perfectly done. I was very satisfied.

I was not present, but everything was done and cleanup was very good.

Jason arrived when scheduled, took the necessary time to exam the tree problem, provided a detailed explanation and an honest appraisal of what we're facing. He suggested one treatment that might save the tree, but he could offer no guarantee. The cost of treatment was rather high but I chose to proceed because we want to save the tree if we can. He returned a few days later to apply the liquid treatment to the base of the tree. Whether it works will take a couple of years to determine. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, and generous with is time.

Went great. He had new equipment with a lift so he was able to reach the top of the trees and cut them down in pieces, until he could get trees cut down. I wanted the wood for my fire pit, so I did not have him shred the trees, but he cut it up so the pieces were manageable for me to handle. Would definitely hire him again.

We hired the crew for the one-day clean up, and I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was efficient, pleasant and professional. I was asked about my preferences on a few items, and they followed through precisely. This was the third or fourth time I have used this company, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a tree service.

Great! All work done quickly and professionally. Even the cleanup was perfect.

Crew was very entertaining to watch. Always moving, no one standing around. Efficient. Tidy. Cleaned yard, driveway - even street. Took about four hours. I cannot rate price; they were the only quote I got.

How many times will I be asked to review this service?? Done twice before.

I got an estimate from them, but I didn't use them. There were very responsive and knowledgeable.

The crew had the right equipment to get into my backyard with a narrow area to navigate. They worked together efficiently to take down the gigantic willow and consulted with me regarding the trimming. The willow I had taken down was huge. The trunk at the base must be 30" in diameter. I am on the schedule to have the stumps ground for the 2 trees taken down but they've already called me to make sure I knew they were coming and they arranged to have utilities marked. The communication overall was some of the best I've had from any contractor. I could tell they wanted the work and they were priced competitively.

They were on time and did a great job. It was impressive to see so many tree climbers at work in many trees at the same time. I will call them in the future for any needed work and would highly recommend them.

Great! They are very competent, professional and efficient. For one thing, I appreciated that they offered an itemized estimate. They were true to their estimate and it was less expensive than a previous estimate from another company. They have top notch equipment and seemed very safety conscious and they cleaned up well. I had them remove the tree they took down. They will be back in the spring to grind the stump. It was so impressive that my daughter and I watched the whole thing.

I had Hayden's and another outfit bid the work. Both companies responded promptly and their bids were less than $30 apart. "Jason" from Hayden's Ridge Tree Service submitted a bid that was slightly more expensive, but I chose his because of the thoroughness of the written bid. On the day before Hayden's was supposed to start, they postponed due to a storm that would occur. I received both an email and a phone call from "Monica", their office person, taking pains to alert me to the postponement and to give me an alternative start date. On that day, the five man crew arrived on time and, under Jason's supervision, immediately "monkeyed" up into the trees to begin the work. It was pretty amazing to watch them bouncing from limb to limb on their ropes and harnesses---using their chain saws for the trimming work. Over the course of the next three hours, the entire crew busied themselves to doing a splendid job thinning out the canopies in the trees. They even cut up some red oak into stove length firewood and stacked them for me as requested. A thorough cleanup finished the job. The job was completed as agreed, and for a reasonable price. I'd hire them again!
