Description of Work: They removed a 12 inch diameter tree, ground the stump and trimmed dead tree branches from two large trees. This required climbing the trees and chainsawing them. They had to work around phone lines and gardens and did a great job! Clean up was terrific too.

I asked them to leave the stump of the old tree as I was going to use it as a chair or something. They went the extra mile and left some of the bark above the stump - so it really looked like a chair with a back. What a fab idea and I loved it. Description of Work: Pruned a big black walnut in our back yard. In and out the same day, and cleaned up very well so you couldn't tell they were there except for the missing branches on the tree. Easy to deal with on the phone. We will likely keep using Hayden's for tree trimming.

Description of Work: Trimmed 2 trees in yard. They did it while I was at work, so unsure what was done. Many twigs left on lawn & garden area, which lawn service had to clean up during spring clean up.

Description of Work: I wanted someone to take out invasive weeds and buckthorn from a section of our backyard. Owner came out. Bid said that they would "remove buckthorn/underbrush/vines. Complete haul." Apparently I was told after the job was done that remove in landscape terms just means cut down. To me remove meant pull out and haul away. I felt he should have been clearer on that 9 told me that they basically work on large trees and not the nuisance stuff I wanted out. They did take $100 off the price of the job but now I just have shorter weeds and vines that I will have to do something about later myself.

Description of Work: They raised and thinned the crowns of all my trees, cut away all the dead branches, cut down a volunteer tree that was interfering with my other trees, and they hauled away the debris, and ground out the stump of the volunteer. They also cleaned up the mulch under the trees.For an extra $25 they cut back some overgrown lilac shrubs. My yard was left totally clean of all the |branches, twigs, etc. They were thorough, informative, efficient and very polite. I would use them again!

Description of Work: I had many dead limbs removed from 3 Pine Trees and one Pine Tree cut down. Everything went fine - no surprises. It was the middle of winter so a lot of snow to contend with.

They returned calls promptly, provided estimates based on two scope of work scenarios (requested), and the crew; Benny, Travis, Chad and Dave, arrived on schedule and did a terrific job trimming the trees and cleaning up.

Description of Work: They came promptly and did a great job pruning a big silver maple without damaging the treehouse. Other pruning and removals were also done well. The yard was thoroughly raked - no mess. I would use them again.
