Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $200 for $250 worth of tree service. I paid for them to clean up and haul away the debris.

Description of Work: Removed 3 large arborvitae; stump removal and 2 other stomps in the yard. it's was good job. although it took some time to complete the full service. i was explained that it takes 2 crew to do this. It couldn't be completed in one day. i waited 2 additional weeks for another crew to remove the stumps. The company notified me that the cable lines were cut in the process of removal. I was bit annoyed by the news but they were professional enough to notify me about it and I appreciate that. The cable line was replaced by cable company.

Description of Work: They did a great job- well supervised crew, cleaned up everything and trimmed huge old trees very nicely.

Description of Work: Things went fine with this business until it came time for payment. After they were done trimming the trees, one of the guys gave me a bill and I gave him my credit card. He told me that the company didn't take credit cards, which took me by surprise. He was insistent and I had to write him a check. | |After they left I checked their website and saw that they do accept credit cards. At this point I was concerned about how this had all transpired, and I stopped payment on the check. I immediately called their office and was told that they do in fact accept credit cards. I asked to change my payment method, which they did, however they refused to deduct the stop payment fee from my bill. This seemed only fair to me since their employee had insisted that I write a check in the first place. I believe I was talking to the owner, and he was rude and rather hostile, saying there was no reason for me to stop payment. I would not do business with them again.

Description of Work: Removed 1 Ash tree (about 75 years old and large) and ground stump with complete haul away and clean up.

Description of Work: Pruned, cabled, and bolted Silver Maple. Pruned and treated Ash tree for Emerald Ash Borer. Removed overgrown Arbor Vitae and ground down stump. Trimmed Burning Bush. All work was completed as agreed to. Installing the bolt on the Maple was delayed when they didn't have the right size bolt available.

The crew was extremely efficient, and they had the best quoted price w/ most professionalism among all 4 companies I quoted. The end product was exactly as I expected w/ great clean up from the crew. They even worked w/ me to reduce the price by leaving some wood behind for my firewood.

Description of Work: The removed 10 pine trees, stumps, and cleaned up the entire yard. They did this all in about 6 hours. |Great job and a very efficient team of workers.

Description of Work: Removal and cleanup of 3 large Maples, 3 large Elms, and 1 Buckthorn. All of the large trees were leaning over either my house or my neighbor's with 2 of the Maples starting to rot. | |The crew performed all work in a single day. There was no damage to any structures. I am satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider them for any necessary tree removal work in the future.
