It was fantastic. They were very prompt, very courteous on the telephone, and the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them if you need to remove brush or tree debris from your property.

It went really well from start to finish. Hayden's pruned a third tree complimentary just because they were already there. I thought they had an excellent, competitive bid on the work. At least a few hundred dollars under the nearest competitor. There were here early at 8am, had the three trees pruned and branches removed and were out by 9:30am. The yard was cleaned well and the job was well done. I am going to use them again in the future.

I was blown away by this company's responsiveness. As a matter of fact, out of the four company's I contacted, they were the only ones who responded. They performed the estimate the day they said they would and left it in my door. After reading the estimate, I contacted them to perform the service. They came the NEXT DAY and did the work. They were professional, left no mess, and got in and out quickly. I was very impressed!!

No service was performed, as I selected another Angie's List member for the work, but Hayden's did provide a competitive quote and was very professional. While I didn't select this company, I would recommend that other Angie's List members call for estimates. This company would have been our second choice. Interestingly, both Angie's List members quotes were higher than others, but the gentlemen were professional and responsive, which made us more confortable.

Hayden's Tree Service staff reviewed my work request and drew up a detailed bid/contract. I chose them based on price. On the day of the job, they were there on time, and went over the work with me again and verified what I wanted. They were thorough in their work and cleaned up the trimmings and ground up roots from the stumps well.

I needed to have a couple of trees trimmed. Tony was knowledgeable and answered my questions. He did the work when he said he would and I was happy with the results. He gave me an automatic discount for being an Angie's List member and the price didn't change after the work was complete. He did a great job!

Both clumps were very close to our one-story house, and each clump had one tree leaning toward our house. An independent arborist told us that trees joined in a clump near the ground are weakened at the point where they are joined. This was obvious to us, as there were cracks at each joint. The arborist told us that the trees have become a threat to our house. Based on our experience with three other tree trimmers, we were apprehensive about taking down the trees for fear of hitting our house. One of the tree trimmers in the past dropped a branch onto the power line leading to the house. Fortunately there was no damage, but I was disappointed in their carelessness. Another damaged the rail on our deck at our cabin. I contacted three tree services with high ratings on Angie?s List. Hayden?s Ridge Tree Service was the service we went with, and have not regretted our decision. I asked Tony Hayden how confident he was that he would not hit our house or patio fence. He replied, ?100% confident?. True to his word, we never felt our house or fence was threatened while Tony and his crew took the trees down. Every limb and branch they removed came down in a controlled fall, away from our structures. Their cleanup was excellent. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Hayden?s Ridge Tree Service. They have skills vastly superior to the three services we used in the past. Their climbing and rigging skills amazed us. Our decision to remove the trees was confirmed as they got down to the stump area. The trees were infested with carpenter ants, and the damage was visible. There were areas of the stump where I could push my fingers into the rotted wood. In addition, the tree that leaned toward our house had some fungus over 75% of the main trunk.

Our original schedule date was postponed while he was out of town for other work. He had a team of 3 guys and they worked really fast on such a hot day. Very reasonable quote. I would definitely use them again.

I called a couple of companies to have a large Box Elder tree stump ground down below the landscape line in my back yard. It was quite large and solid deep into the dirt. I called Hayden Tree Service on a Friday and Tony was able to come by to give me an estimate the same day. I called him back that afternoon and he had the job completed by 12 pm the next day. You can't ask for quicker service than that. Tony was very professional and upfront. He completed the job well and exactly as described. (No remnants of the tree stump except all the free mulch!) Once again, a quick and easy experience. I am quick to recommend Hayden's Ridge Tree Service based on my experience.

Rec'd written estimate and told him Angie's List customer so got the discount applied. Price was better than a couple of other estimates but I think it was still somewhat high since it wasn't an enormous tree but I needed the tree down so went with them. He called and gave the date when they could do the work and it was sooner than what he'd originally stated so that was fine. Three workers and they cut the tree down, removed it from my property and raked up debris. Professional, nice people to do business with.

They were careful not to damage siding on house as large limbs were cut down, required trimming started at top part of tree and worked itself downwards. Piece by piece was carefully handled. Additional pesky limbs that infringed on neighbor's yard were also removed. Everything was cleaned up, even raked up. Very very neat work. Easy to work with people.

Called for an estimate based on all the reviews in Angie's List. Tony was pleasant and professional on the phone. He was able to come to our home and wrote up an estimate in just a few days. This is not as easy as it seems due to the fact that to get to our home requires a LOT of navigating through construction. We requested the estimate be done to include many things throughout our yard, letting him know that we would see what we could afford to do in the end. The estimate was detailed and clearly printed. We called back about two weeks later to have the work done. There was a time that opened up the very next day and he and his crew were able to come and complete the job in no time at all and the clean up part was great. Thanks to Tony and his crew for doing a great job.

I got several bids from companies for the removal of the tree. The tree was in the back yard and not too easy to access. The tree had a diameter of about 12-15 inches. They told me they would get to it this week and they did so. We came back from the lake and the tree was gone. They returned the next day and ground the stump down as promised. They told me this might be the case called to verify that they would be back. Hayden's Ridge Tree Service bid came in the lowest by far. They did the work they promised and cleaned up well. It was a pleasure to work with them.

The job was quoted and scheduled within 24 hours. Extremely knowledgeable. The service was prompt and as quoted. A very good experience.

Their estimate was about half of the highest bid I received. The job was done well & in a timely fashion.

I collected three bids. 3/4 companies responded and provided bids. I contacted Tony and he provided a date within 3 weeks. On day of work - it had been raining and Tony called to reschedule for 3 days later. I needed to coordinate the tree removal with neighbor and Tony was helpful and also provided additional trimming for the neighbor. Prices were very reasonable.

This was so easy. I made the initial call to see about removing a tree stump. The fellow (sorry, don't recall the name) said he might be able to stop by that afternoon, which he did! Despite the rainy days, the work was done at the earliest opportunity. Nice clean up, too. Hayden's Ridge will be coming back to trim a large, red maple in the near future. Very responsive, quick and tidy. Excellent service at a fair price.

Tony came out when he promised to provide a written estimate. I got several others and his was much lower. He did the wrok less than a week later, calling first. Did a great job!

I have had Tony over for several jobs, and will continue to use and recommend his company. His service is prompt and professional, and prices are good. I appreciate his work.

Nothing less then PHENOMENAL! From start to finish Hayden exceeded all expectations. Extremely fair price, excellent service. My 86 year old mother was very comfortable with Tony and his crew, which is saying a lot!! I would highly recommend and use Hayden again! Thank you!!

Excellent! Tony Hayden is a professional and did a wonderful job for us. He came out on Monday following my Sunday phone call and gave me a fair quote. In fact, another arborist had come out earlier in the day and given me a higher quote and tried to pressure me to do the job immediately. So glad I waited for Hayden! They left the yard looking so much better and completely cleaned up everything after the tree work. They also did the job promptly -- done by Thursday afternoon after Monday quote. They did a good job trimming and removing the debris from the branches. The price seemed reasonable.

I called Hayden's based on the reviews they received from Angie's list customers. They were prompt about everything. They came out and gave me a written estimate which was reasonable. I scheduled a date for them to cut down 2 trees. Everything went well and they will be back in the Spring to grind out the stumps. Very professional and well done.

My call was returned immediately and fair estimate provided within a day or two. Work was done as scheduled, all trimmed wood was removed, and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the area. Highly recommended.
