Tree removal for a huge silver maple went surprisingly fast—they used a crane due to size and accessibility of tree. Stump grinding and clean up was also excellent. Entire crew save for one person was extremely friendly and answered any and all questions we had (the one seemed defensive when I asked some questions.) Monica in main office was great to work with on phone; Jason was extremely knowledgeable during estimate. Very competitive estimate and no problems at all during job.

They were polite, friendly and a good price. They were thorough with clean up in the yard as well. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent work - they were quick to contact me after providing a quote. I needed 3 trees trimmed, 5 trees and an additional 3 stumps completely removed. They performed the work that I asked them to very quickly, and left the yard/trees looking clean. You could not even tell that there used to be trees/stumps in the ground after their team had them removed. All the yard waste was hauled away. Would definitely use again for future projects.

Fantastic. They were professional, punctual and did a great job trimming my tree. They even provided a quote and did the work while I was not home. I only wish I was there for the trimming just so I could ensure that two of the branches were far enough away from the wires that I wouldn't need them to come back out again in a few years.

I was looking for someone to treat my Ash trees. They responded in a timely manner to come over to give me an estimate and then do the treatment for my trees. I was really happy that they were so prompt and they did a great job. I really appreciated that. I'm very happy the trees have been treated.

I got quotes from several different companies to remove a very large dying maple tree from my backyard. Hayden's Ridge had the lowest quote, and they seemed very knowledgeable and professional, so I went with them. They were able to get me on the schedule about 2 weeks after I called. They arrived right on time, and a little over 4 hours later the tree was completely gone and everything was cleaned up. The tree was in a difficult position, next to the garage on one side with powerlines running under the branches on the other side. They had no problems, using a crane to lift the branches into the front yard to be disposed of. I'll definitely be contacting them for any future work I need done.

They were right on time, very courteous and efficient. I was very impressed with their attention to payed to safety for the people performing the service. The job was done quickly and completely in one morning. Their price was the best out of four vendors and their work was just great.

I called Hayden's because we have used them before and we were pleased with their service. They continue to have a good rating on Angie's List, and I knew that they have an arborist on staff and we needed advice on our pine trees in the back yard. All of the trees were at different stages of a fungus, and another issue. We decided to have them removed in January to get the Winter discount, and the stumps were grinded down last week. As always they did a wonderful job and we will always call them first with any questions on our trees.

I used Hayden's Ridge previously to remove a dying river birch and was very happy with that job so I reached out again for this project. All went great. They were out to give me an estimate for the work when they said they would be. The quote was fair and they were able to meet my schedule requirements to have the work done prior to a fence installation, even though they are quite busy. They accommodated my request for a morning appointment so I could be on site the day the work was done. They had originally scheduled it for afternoon but we were leaving around noon to go on vacation so I asked if morning could happen. They said they would do their best and they did. They were on site at 9 am. The crew really knows their business and they did an outstanding job with my trees. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.

I have used Hayden's Ridge for approximately 5 different jobs now. Each time they have been knowledgeable, dependable and do excellent work. They send a person out to do an estimate. I had the owner once and an employee the other times. Both are very knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations on what to do with each tree. They clean up nicely when they are done. I didn't include approximate cost in my review because it is so individual to the project. I thought they were in range of what I researched.

Great. I went from hating the tree to liking it again. Should have done it sooner.

Great. Their initial time frame was long (they were scheduling up to two months out), but I mentioned I was hoping for sooner. When, four weeks in, they had a sudden opening, due to a job in my neighborhood finishing early, they called to arrange and were there within an hour. Late notice meant I could not be home, but the arborist reassured me by speaking with me on the phone. The tree pruning was smart and sensitive. When I expressed some disappointment with underprunung on a big shrub, the arborist arranged to come back to fix it the following week. Super responsive, willing to explain recommendations.

Arrived on time, performed the work without damaging anything (I have a small lot and the tree was extremely close to my house, so this was a tricky situation), cleaned up the debris and sawdust including using the leaf blower to blow sawdust off my roof. The sump removal was extremely thorough, you can't even tell there was ever a tree in that spot. Were over and beyond professional, including to an elderly neighbor. Thank you so much!!

Once I finally received feedback and was notified what date they were coming they were punctual, professional and did a great job.
