A day after I called they came to do an estimate. I explained that I wanted the tree trimmed quite a bit to improve our view of the pond. A different company that came out previously tried to talk me into much more moderate trimming, but these guys respected my desires and I was grateful/impressed about that. They provided a written estimate for the work along with a detailed description of what they would do.They told me they would schedule the work approximately a week out. I was pleasantly surprised when the crew showed up first thing the very next morning! They were efficient and thorough, and cleaned up every tiny twig before they left. The tree looks neat and trim and beautiful. What a great company! Quality customer service and quality work too.

Hired Hayden Ridge Tree Service to clean up an unsightly mess in the waaaaaay back of my yard. Best $$ I'm spent in a long time! They were here at 8:00 this a.m. with the craziest looking machine. Kinda looked like a gigantic backhoe-rack combo. Four guys worked like crazy back there for only about an hour and left everything neat & tidy. I've hired them before to trim trees and certainly will hire them again.

Really awesome service. One tree, a huge maple, needed about 2/3 of its volume removed. The tree looked super nice after trimming . The other tree, a pear, is in a very difficult location. The workers actually had to come back another day with special equipment a few weeks after the maple. I was not billed until all work was done. I was not charged extra for the extra work, and the clean up was awesome. They even hauled away a pile of branches in my yard unrelated to the work they were performing. Absolutely the best service I have had for anything. I will be calling them back soon to do my other trees and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

There was quite a delay but I did not understand. When they did come they did a great job. They pruned and trimmed a variety of trees, red maple, silver maple and crab tree. They also hauled away a tree my husband had cut down. They were awesome. There was one tree they had to use harness on so they was hanging over our house and a neighbors house. After they were done they cleaned up like no one was ever there.

They provided a quote within one day and removed the tree a week later. I came home in the evening and everything was cleaned up. The tree was cut very close to the ground as requested since I did not want to pay for or need the stump removal. They were very fast and efficient. I would use them again

Job was done while we were gone for the day. We returned to a beautifully pruned tree (done just as we had requested) with the trees we had wanted removed gone. No signs of their presence beyond the clearly pruned tree and blank space where the other trees had been except for a bit of sawdust on the ground--all of the tree trunks, branches and leaves had been removed. They couldn't have cleaned up better than they did.

Very quick to respond for bid request. Actual scheduling took some time, we were not in a hurry but initial estimate was 4-6 weeks from the time we agreed to do the work. It was probably closer to 2 months. Expectation for the tree was that it would be shaped and trimmed back from the house. The day of the work the person in charge told me that they typically do not shape amur maples but would do their best. The tree was shaped and trimmed significantly back from the house. It does have a lopsided appearance at this time (winter), we expect that this will fill in next spring/summer.

There was a little mix up on the schedule but the secretary at the company called to apologize. They were also being very accommodating to me because they were letting me pay later. Their work was just excellent, It was a big tree and they took care of everything and cleaned up everything. I had asked them to trim a few other small shrubs and things on my property and they said we won't even charge you for that because this was a big job.

It worked out very well. They did excellent work. They had told me it would be a month or two months before they could get around to doing the work and then all of a sudden the next week they called and emailed me and said well we would like to do it. They did such good work and the guys cleaned up everything.

We have contracted Tony Hayden to remove trees on our 2-acre property a number of times this past year. I have always been impressed with their professionalism and expertise. This last project involved cutting down several trees growing around two aerial lines. They also removed a large branch over our solar panels. A company representative arrived within a day of my inquiry to survey the work and provide an estimate. Upon the agreed work date the crew arrived promptly and completed the work in a safe and professional manner. The trees look much better now that the dead branches have been removed. The company removed all the debris, raked the work area, and cleaned the driveway. We were very pleased and definitely recommend the company.

We had two branches that had broken over the summer and were just hanging and never fell. I asked Hayden's Ridge to come out and cut them down for me as they had done some work for us in the past (trimming, tree/stump removal, and Ash treatments). Monica set a date for the work and then we got the snowstorm recently which didn't allow their drivers to get out that day. Monica called me right away to tell me they were going to have to reschedule (understandable). They came out the day the were set to, got the branches down, and left no trace of having been there. They're always quick, friendly, and super responsive. I will always use Hayden's Ridge for any tree service we need!

Excellent with both the trimming and the clean-up. Very profession and fascinating to watch the crew who obviously knew their business. ....I am sure their training involved living with squirrels for a couple of year.

It was just fine. I was able to contact them but they weren't able to arrange the visit until winter. They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. After the snow melted, they came back and had to do the stump removal when everything was melted, then they cleaned up even further after stuff that they had left in the snow so I was pretty happy that they did that.

I am very satisfied with the work. I called them for an estimate August 22. They told me they would be out the next week and that if no one was home they would leave the estimate in the door. They were out as promised and I was very satisfied with the price and called to schedule the work. They told me they were out about 2 weeks. The next week on September 3, the locates were marked for the underground utilities. They called on Sunday September 7 and said that they would be out the next day to do the work. They ground the 3 stumps and hauled away the chips and cleaned up the area. If you didn't know that the stumps were gone you would have never known they were there. The person that did the work was named Sam. He did an excellent job. I have decorative rock in these areas and I had pulled the rock away so that they could grind the stumps and roots. When he was done, Sam put the rock back and leveled everything off. I will definitely use them in the future.

The work was completed when promised, but that was ~10 weeks after acceptance of estimate & commitment to hire. The waiting period seems excessive in hindsight. The tree in the front yard was trimmed quite unevenly - branches much lower on sides away from house than on sides nearest our house and our neighbors'. There was no opportunity given to inspect the work before the crew departed for their next job. Cleanup was sloppily done. Granted, that was made more difficult by snow cover, but there was a trail of brush left from the tree to the street and on the front sidewalk itself.

They did a great job -- afterwards you couldn't even tell they were there (except for the fact that the trees were no longer rubbing against our house and garage). Took about a week from point of initial contact for them to provide an estimate and perform the service. Reasonable pricing for services and would definitely use them again.

I called for an estimate on a 80' box elder tree that was leaning at a 45 degree angle onto a silver maple in my yard. I asked for an estimate broken down into two pieces, 1) cut down tree and haul away everything and 2) cut down tree and put trunk into pieces 4'-5' long and leave all of it in the yard for me to cleanup. The price was higher than I expected, but I've never had a tree taken down before. I have used Hayden's in the past for stump grinding and they were very reasonable. Option 1) was $851 Option 2) was $545 The only reason I chose another company was price. With the other company, Option 2) was $265. They were professional, punctual, and very nice to speak with. I will definitely call them for future jobs.

I contacted Hayden's Ridge Tree Service to trim five trees in the yard. I was on a tight time schedule as I had landscapers coming out on the 16th or 18th of August to begin a huge landscaping project. Hayden's Ridge was very understanding and made time to send out a team of five to do the work on the 14th of August. They were prompt, pleasant, and very professional. They had extensive safety equipment and did not use tree spikes to climb the trees (a problem that I had experienced with another tree service). They took great care in removing the necessary branches and cleaning up the yard afterwards. In fact, they did such a great job cleaning up, there wasn't a twig or leaf laying on the ground once they left! The trees look fantastic! They opened up the canopy of each, taking care to check for wildlife nests. I learned that if they had found any, they would have refrained from cutting that branch or disturbing the babies. They would have returned at no cost to me after the babies left the nests. That spoke volumes to me about their ethics and concern for the environment! The price was more than reasonable and I would have no hesitation to recommend Hayden's Tree Service.

They were very responsive, and gave us a prompt, very competitive estimate. They did a great job--the trees look great, and they cleaned up beautifully. They also hauled away some brush we had trimmed ourselves for no charge. We will definitely be using them again for more work that we need done later this year.
