Excellent! Crew arrived at the exact scheduled date and time. Work was completed within 45 to 60 minutes. Cleanup was outstanding, nothing was left behind for me to pickup.

All calls to Haden's were returned promptly and within a very reasonable period of time. The walk around the property with the person doing the quote was very professional and quick. He let me know that they were booked out about 4-6 weeks at that point. Not a problem for our situation......the work we wanted done was all cosmetic. He wrote the quote up immediately and left it with us. As noted, they called about 1 week ahead of time before coming out. They worked very quickly and professionally. Everything looks great. The final billing matched the quote for the work that was done.

They removed thr trees right away. An equipment failure delayed the stump grinding a few days but they were great...cleaned up perfectly

Arrived promptly on time. I had one small change to what we wanted done which was not a problem. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. took time to check and make sure that the trimming on one tree in particular was done according to our specifications. I would definitely hire them again. The price was very reasonable. They were very professional.

He did a great job. They were very quick and they cleaned up all their mess and left the firewood for us to burn per our request.

The tree service was very responsive in sending out someone to provide a written estimate. They are extremely busy, so be prepared to wait a few weeks before the service can be done, but it's worth it. Monica was great keeping me informed via email on when they would be able to do the work. When they arrived right on time, they knew exactly what to do and worked so fast I could hardly believe it. It took them less than 2 hours to do what would have taken me days to do. The trees looked great and all the debris was removed with no sign they had been there. I will definitely call them again.

Hayden's Ridge was very quick to respond and provided an estimate within about a week of my call. The customer service person with whom I spoke was very pleasant and candid in telling me that a recent storm may delay things (things were not actually delayed much with the estimate, which was great). I ended up going with another company that provided an estimate of roughly $1500 less than Hayden's Ridge to do the same work + gave a bigger discount if my neighbor and I had our infected trees removed at the same time. With complete removal, cost was pretty much my only deciding factor.

Overall it was a good service, competitively priced and the company was easy to work with and flexible with timing. We were a little disappointed with the day-of service, my husband said the two guys who came out didn't come and talk to him at all or check in about the service. It looks good overall, there are a few areas that seem a bit rough in the cuts but they did what we requested and on-time. I'm not sure if an arborist was on-site for the trimming itself, my husband said it was two young guys.

They didn't call back within 48 hours or whatever it was for the instant deal. Got a refund which took over a month to get back from angies list. I would have to give angies list an f also because it took so long to get refunded and also getting these annoying requests from angies list for years now to rate these guys even though I got a refund and you should already know that I didn't use this service. Also I would not recommend the instant deal to anyone because it takes so long to get a refund when you don't use the service.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. They even had me look for additional stumps while they ground up the ones that I had already identified.

I first contacted Hayden's Ridge Tree Service in August of 2014. I was concerned with a dead elm tree that was on the property line with a neighbor in a wooded area of our back yard and leaning towards another neighbors yard that lives just to the North of us. I was also concerned with another tree in the same area that was losing it's bark and was also quite tall (higher than our 2 story house). I was told that the cherry tree was just losing it's bark because of the squirrels and it was okay to remain. Since the elm was on the property line I thought I should discuss it's removal with the neighbor, but that turned out to be a big mistake. He thought the bid was too large and that it could be removed with a bunch of the neighborhood guys. It was comical to watch them try to cut the truck off in sections and trying everything them could including pulling it with a rope with brute (?) force. After the majority of a day they gave up. We were now left with several sections of the tree removed, but the majority of it was still leaning and stuck in other trees. In January I contacted Hayden's Ridge again and asked for a new bid while the neighbor was away on vacation. They gave me a lower bid (since some of the tree was already done) and I thought I would for safety sake just pay for it myself. The last thing I want is for someone to die trying to remove a dead tree. David came out within a day or two and removed what was left of the tree and hauled it away. I was extremely pleased with the quick response since the neighbor was on vacation, and there was no chance of anyone getting hurt. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayden's or use them in the future.

Excellent. Estimates ranged as high as $690.00. Service done for $386.00. Would use again. Recommended to a friend who also used them.

I was very impressed with this company. I called on a monday morning . I was called back that morning. David , a sales consultant ,came to my house the next morning and gave me an estimate. He was very pleasant and understanding and gave me good information. The tree was out by Wednesday afternoon. I couldn't ask for better service.

We purchased the service with a discount through Angie's list. While it saved us $25, purchasing in advance meant that we didn't have an estimate of the cost for the service we needed. To trim one tree we really expected $125 would have done it. It ended up being $195. I think getting competitive bids would have resulted in a better value. They were prompt in coming out to assess the work but it took several weeks for them to get the work done. Again I think that purchasing the Angie's list discount may have hurt us as they had a large volume of work to address. They did a good job of clean up but considering the entire job was done in less than an hour for 2 people I would probably go the estimate and selection process next time.

They were courteous when we contacted them and quick to come out and give an estimate. We agreed during the estimate that we wanted them to do the work. We were advised that they would be out in a couple of weeks to do the removal and a week or so after that for stump grinding. After the stump removal we received an invoice and paid it - waiting for the grinding to be done thinking we would receive a separate invoice for that work. We waited and waited - finally had to call and were advised that the grinding was not on the work order..so the request was put in but we waited many weeks from beginning to end of this project ...quality was great but the oversight and waiting warranted a B rating.

I purchased $250 worth of tree services from Hayden's Ridge for $200 in an online Angie's List deal. A couple of days later an estimator showed up, and we walked through what needed to be done. He said for the amount of work I was looking for it would cost more than $250, so we settled on a price of $450 for $500 worth of brush and tree removal. This turned out to be the services of their 3-man crew for an hour and a half of brush removal and general wooded lot clean-up on my property per my direction. Unfortunately due to it being their busy season, they couldn't schedule the crew to come out to actually do the work for a couple of weeks after the my original purchase of the Angie's List deal. The crew showed up on time, were very professional, and completed the work as agreed. Travis the crew leader was very polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my needs. They even applied brush killer on the buckthorn stumps to keep them from growing back which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Hayden's Ridge to anyone looking for quality tree services.

I have used Tony in the past and will continue to use him. His pricing is in line or better than other tree service companies, but what makes him stand out is his professionalism. He and his team are courteous, easy to work with, and always do a fantastic job. Recently, I needed many trees pruned and some shrubs trimmed. My yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived. I am a huge fan of supporting small, local businesses, and Tony is one I am proud to use.

Mark was great, the team was great also that came out. They cleaned up after and did a great job following m ever changing instructions.

Tony's guys came out early morning and had most of the pines gone in a couple of hours. Done with the whole job in less than 7 hours with a 4 or 5 man team. They battled rain, snow, and wind. They cleaned up the property. Couldn't say more about them.

They did a good job and provided good service. I would hire again in the future.
