I can’t say enough good things about Randy and Carpet Stretch and Rescuecue. We had some bad wrinkling in our carpets throughout the house. Randy did an EXCELLENT job in smoothing out all the wrinkles! He also patched a piece of carpet that my dog had chewed on. Randy is a great guy and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Randy was most helpful from the first contact. He had me send photos of the issues and then gave an appropriate estimate, He confirmed the appointment the evening prior and let me know when he was on his way. He scoped out the work to be done, explained what he'd do, and completed it efficiently and neatly. His many years of experience were evident! I'm so glad he would come all the way to Chanhassen to solve my problem! You'd never know there had been any issues with the carpeting.

This was a great experience from the start! On the phone he gave me the exact information I needed to figure out the cost. In our home , he provided us a lot of good information about the carpet and did an amazing job on the stretching. It is back to looking like newly installed carpet! Pricing was very fair for the work done and he even helped me with the install of a wood floor edge piece that had been broken for a few months. Over and above my expectations. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent. He was very thorough in developing his plan of action with the goal of minimizing the cost of the project. He worked very efficiently and tirelessly, and was meticulous in cleaning up. I am thrilled with the results! I didn't realize how much the bumps in my carpet were bothering me until they were gone!

Randy was friendly and easy to deal with. He showed up on time, did the work, and now my carpet looks the way it is supposed to. He didn't give an exact quote, just a price per square foot plus cost per floor vent, but it came out to pretty much what I thought it would.

He did our large family room and hallway. It is really a joy to see. This carpet has been quite a problem and now the problem has been fixed. Thank you Randy. Excellent, excellent service.

Randy was an amazing communicator. Very fast to respond to email, with clear and thoughtful answers, which we appreciated as we were in the midst of a difficult cross-country move. Also appreciated his flexibility in completing the restretch while we were en route from another state, so that the carpet could be ready before our furniture arrived. He took before/after photos so we knew exactly what work he had completed. We arrived to freshly-vacuumed, impeccable carpet. It's clear he is dedicated to doing quality work. Very happy with his services.

"CARPET STRETCH & RESCUE" is a family-owned business, relatively new to Angie's List. Father and son arrived within the time period we'd set, and immediately saw the several 2" high ripples in the traffic areas of the LR that I'd called him about. Dad,Randy pointed out to me that the hall carpet,a continuation of the LR carpet, had also stretched and was bunched up against the walls. Randy explained that that "looseness" in the carpet would work itself into the LR, particularly when having it professionally cleaned. Even the LR non-traffic areas were bunched up against the walls. So, not only did he have to add stretching the hall carpet, he also had to stretch along three walls of the LR, instead of two LR walls, as they had anticipated. Another unforeseen job was to re-connect carpet in the doorway of one of the bedrooms to the newly stretched and trimmed hallway carpet. I was very willing to pay them more than the quoted amount because Randy took the time to show me the areas they couldn't have known about before seeing them. Taking the extra time to do the job right, put him behind schedule for their next job, and I'm sorry about that, but so grateful that it was important to Randy that he take pride in his work, rather than doing it half way, knowing I would soon be back with the same problem. Because they're a pair, they are willing and able to move furniture out and back in again, which is important when the homeowner can't do it or can't help. I know my carpet was in bad shape, and required professional work. I'm very happy I joined Angie's List, and found "CARPET STRETCH & RESCUE". I highly recommend this company.
