Description of Work: We got advice on what to fix up on a house to be sold soon. He did a walk-through of the house and gave us advice. Pleasant to talk to, I think we'll have him list the house when it's ready to sell.

+ -1 moreWe were looking for a quick sale and not necessarily top dollar since we were heading into winter. Dave explained that the market gets really slow after thanksgiving. He suggested a price that was about $5000 less than other agents had given us. We agreed and had an accepted CASH offer within 3 weeks. Dave also drove to Wauwatosa 3 times to have my mom sign paper work for her house in franklin, very nice touch. The house sold for $2500 less than listed for. He did accomplish what we were looking for.

+ -1 moreOverall, our experience with Troy was great. He does what he says he is going to do and knows his stuff. I highly recommend Troy Chowanec with Re/Max 100.
Description of Work: Troy was the third realtor we used during the selling of our home. The first one took lousy pictures. Pictures are important because that is the first thing people see when they look on-line. So you want pictures that show off your property in the best way possible and you want lots of pictures. Our first 2 realtors only had 4 or 5 pictures of our property listed. Troy posted over 15 pictures really highlighting our home and property. The second agent we tried did nothing for us at all and we fired her before the term was up. Then we found Troy. What a breath of fresh air. Troy is very professional and does what he says he will do. He really knows how to market your home to get it the most visibility on-line. He is extremely responsive. He answers his calls and is always helpful and patient. From beginning to end he was great. Also his commission was less than the two other realtors that we fired.
