After pictures were sent to him, he provided an estimate of $7100 for labor in February. We met @ Menards March 16th so he could show us various options. No where in the 20+ text messages did he indicate there would be a $250.00 charge for meeting us at Menard's. Only after he provided another estimate of $9500 for labor only did we decide that his price was way over what we anticipated. He then mentioned the $250.00 charge for meeting us. It was never disclosed that this would be a fee in any text message and we never received an itemized quote.
Description of Work: Wanted a 6 ft shower built. We would do the demo and use the current sink and toilet.

He did the job properly but only after corrections were required. The price was reasonable.
Description of Work: I did have some issue with sink replacement. He is under the tile of Preferred Builders.

It was a very good experience overall. Cory was very punctual and courteous. The plaster work was a major job and very well done. His subs were equally good. Everything was cleaned up and spotless daily. Overall - it was outstanding.
Description of Work: They removed wallpaper paste, patched drywall, installed counter tops, dishwasher, disposal, and sink. They also installed can lights in the kitchen and hallway.
