Fish Window Cleaning

We had an appointment made weeks in advance for window cleaning. As our house is older with a lot of windows, the estimate was high and we figured it would take most of the day. The appointment was for 10:00 am, so we cleared our schedule for the day for this. By 11:30, there was no sign of them, so my husband called. No answer, so he left a voice mail. They never showed up or even bothered to return our call. He called again around 4 and they answered with some lame excuse about meaning to call the previous week to reschedule but the paperwork was lost on their desk or something. I'm assuming they were too embarrassed to return our 11:30 call. As this is no way to conduct your business or treat customers, we will be going elsewhere for our window washing.

Called referencing a quote from years ago and she was able to locate the paperwork and get back to me the same day. We talked through my questions and concerns and the disappointing service I received from a competitor that I selected based on a price the last time. (You get what you pay for rings true in this instance). I paid a higher price this time but it was well worth it. The service time arrived on time, did a great job and I have no complaints.

Very prompt and professional response to my inquiry. The gutters were actually cleaned within about 5 days of the initial inquiry. Quiet, professional workers completed the work exactly as requested and within the time frame provided.

I contacted the provider by email to obtain an estimate for exterior window cleaning as well as gutter cleaning. First provider showed up without calling or emailing beforehand but she did leave a reasonable estimate. I called her after two days to schedule the services, she states she is on the road but will call me around noon (she wrote my phone #). She did not call that day or the next. I called her again to let her know that I am still looking forward to her call back if she is interested in the job. Left my phone # again on her vm. I have never heard back. Unfortunately, this was a big waste of time.

It was raining the day they came and after they left I noticed a few things. There was a dirt spot on my carpet and a handprint on my wall. It felt a little clumsy in terms on timing and the gentleman that came were nice but forgot a certain ladder needed for the chandelier.

It was exactly what they quoted. I thought they were incredibly responsive. The person that came and did the quote was thorough.

Bad, they wouldn't return my calls and never did the work.

They were very prompt, polite and efficient. The owners are on top of everything. My windows were very dirty, since we just moved into the new house and I am not sure how many years they were not washed. They did a great job. They also gave me abetter deal than other people. I have a lot of windows and they are double with storm windows as well. So it was a lot of work. Overall they did a great job and I will call them again.

I had an appointment scheduled with Fish Window Cleaning to clean my windows. I made arrangements to be home and cleared my afternoon. Well, they never showed. I called a few times to find out what the deal was, and just got their voicemail. 2 hours later, they finally call me back and tell me that they are running behind and will not be able to get to my house today. I have no idea why I wasn't contacted sooner, if this is really what happened. I honestly think they just made up this excuse. They were not at all apologetic, just flatly asked if I wanted to reschedule. The least they could have done was offer me a small discount for the inconvenience... instead the person (who believe is the owner) just acted annoyed to speak to me. Only hire Fish Window Cleaning if you want to waste an afternoon of your time!

Don and Steve were very professional and did excellent work. They took a lot of pride in their work, and made sure there wasn't even a smudge left on the windows. I will hire them again without hesitation.

I HAD USED THEM ONCE BEFOR WITH GROUPON AND WAS VERY SATISFIED SO DECIDED TO CALL THIS YEAR. THEY WERE PROMPT TO SET UP APPT. IT DID TAKE SEVERAL DAYS FOR JOB TO BE DONE. AFTER THEY LEFT I SAW THREE WINDOWS WITH SMEARS AND I CALLED AGAIN. IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS BUT SOME ONE CAME BACK AND REDONE AND IS NOW GREAT.

The work was never scheduled as they would not honor the promotion that I prepaid for and no refund was ever issued.

They showed up when scheduled and worked hard to make our windows and screens sparkling clean. The were polite and professional throughout.

Great. They came on time, performed the tasks, taking care to wear footwear protection in the house. Very friendly people

Staff where professional, friendly and helpful.

The two men were wonderful. The head person, Michel, explained exactly what they were going to do after each step. They first removed the screens and placed them in our garage. Next they washed all of the windows and doors up and down (we own a duplex) on the outside. They then moved inside to wash all of the windows. After completing the window washing, they cleaned all of the screens with a brush and whipped them down with a wet cloth. Replace all 39 screens and were done in 2 hours.

Arrived on time. They washed the windows first then started on the house. They did not finish so they told us they would come back the next day to finish washing the house. While they were working one of the workers mentioned he had seen hornets by a window the day before and did not mention it, nor did he tell his boss. A few minutes later one of the workers got stung. They took him to the hospital to get checked out. He turned out ok. But they did not complete the job. The boss then came to the house to pick up his ladders. I showed him some windows that needed to be redone and also told him that they needed to report to us that they had seen hornets. I would call an exterminator. I did not want anyone hurt. told him that I was going to do that and to come back in a few days to complete the job. They did after I hired someone to spray the house for hornets. They came back and finished the job. I thought under the circumstances they did a good job.

On the quote for services I received, they said they would remove the guaard on the hallway window and clean. This wasn't done. I had to mention to re-do two windows which they completed. Not as good of job as I expected.

They came promptly, asked for any special instructions and went right to work, efficiently, competently and thoroughly. Mike and Eric were friendly and redid a couple windows that I felt had some smudges. They wiped the windowsills and did not leave any mess. We had removed various window coverings because we chose to do so, but they were willing and able to work around them. I would definitely use them again. And the price was right!!!

Did arrive on time. Cleaners were not very friendly. Needed to redo several windows for several customers in our condo group, but saw soap residue even after they left. Left one of their ladders in our doorway.

They were very prompt. Went right to work. Even cleaned out a rain gutter. I did not ask they asked me for permission. Courteous-professional

The "window tech" arrived promptly, and began the task at hand. Within an hour, our windows were "shining" again. The "window tech" was very courteous and very professional! Will definitely use this service again!
