I talked to Joe of Cream City Appraisals and found him knowledgeable and easy to work with. He said he would get back in 3or 4 days. It has been 3 or 4 weeks and I have not heard from him. Repeated phone calls indicated his message box was full, I finally was able to leave a message but have not got a call back.

They need to be more responsive and reach out with the full information instead of putting their customers off and interact more with their customers.

The guy came out. Measured the property, and never produced an appraisal despite numerous requests.

This is the second time I have used Cream City Appraisals. Very professional and knowledgeable. Did take some time to receive fnial product but that was because Joe was waiting on the sale of a property that he wanted to include in the comparables. Highly recommend.

I hired him to do an appraisal while my house was on the market for sale just to get a feeling of the market and prices for similar homes around me. I know that you never get the same appraisal from two different people. It does depend on a lot, and I do understand this, but the issue that after I hired him, he told me that he could not complete the appraisals because I overpaid when I bought this house and my house no way get the asking price. He refuses to complete the report, and honestly, he did not charge me and refused to take money or give me the appraisal, but I still paid him 150$ for his time and effort for going to the house and take pictures and all that beautiful jazz!! Anyway, he sent me an unusable report almost empty after I sent him the 150$, and at is completed empty with incorrect information about my house as well! I sold the home over asking price by 10k. The issue is when you hire someone, you expect you get the job done whatever the result it is. My two cents he is nice, but he wasted my time and did even did the job he was hired to do whatever the result of the report it is he should complete the job. Honestly, because of him, I accept the first offer I got. This is my story and its your call to hire him or not, but I had to share my experience with this company.

Very pleasant, professional and personal approach. Joe didn't look to make things any more complicated than they needed to be. Just came in and got the job done.

This Appraiser was a real pro. Went the extra mile to research all comparable sales and went back to capture a very recent sale that was not part of his original search. That made a big difference in enhancing the value of the appraisal that I was paying him for.

Joe was absolutely fantastic. Our situation was timely and he was able to come out right away. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of my questions and had some great recommendations too. He delivered the appraisal right on time despite there being a death in his family the previous day. I highly recommend him.
