Description of Work: I bought a new computer and needed it ready to work on asap. (Hard drive/downloading/general setup. ARD=DRIVE, DOWNLOADING ISSUES Best Buy would not be able to get to it for a while. I went to a computer tech shop but they turned out to only work on Apples. They were great in directing me to the Comuter Doctor in Pewaukee. I got there fairly late on a Friday afternoon. They were bery friendly and immediately saw my stress and started to work on the downloading etc., that needed to be done. Due to the large volume of documents and photos, they needed it overnight but Saturday morning it was ready to be picked up. I am a strong supporter of local privately owned businesses. It's even nicer when the job they do is top rate.

Description of Work: Replaced hard drive, cleaned out bugs. Wasn't quite done when promised but work did seem properly done when completed. Seemed costly and provider said there were no guarantees.

Description of Work: My laptop was locked up and Computer Doctor Milwaukee LLC got it unlocked and had it completely start all over again. It was like getting a new computer.

Description of Work: I recently took my computer into The Computer Doctor located in Hales Corners, WI. I had previously taken my computer to a local competitor only to have my computer returned to me in worse condition then when it was dropped off. I heard about The Computer Doctor from a friend, so decided to give them a try. I was so pleasantly surprised at the way I was treated. The owner spoke with me himself. He explained the process and I was very happy to find out that data transfer was included for free which the competitor charged for. After approximately two working days, I was called and told exactly what was wrong with my computer and how much it would cost to fix it. A few days later, I have my computer back and it is working wonderfully. I am so happy that there are still honest businesses out there that are not just looking to rip people off. I felt the price was fair and the service was very fast compared to competitors. It's also a small local business that puts a lot of effort into customer service. I called to ask a question and I was helped over the phone. If you are having problems with your computer, I would definitely recommend The Computer Doctor.
