During that meeting, Chris was very honest about the market and current real estate prices in our neighborhood. Her feedback led to our decision not to list our house for sale at that time. It was obvious that she was looking out for our best interest and not just looking for a listing. In the fall of 2011, we contacted Chris again to discuss converting our duplex to a single-family home and listing it for sale. Chris gave great advice on what to improve without spending more than we would get back in the sale. She worked hard to sell our home in 72 days in a tough market and helped us find the home we plan to raise our family in. She went above and beyond for us on many occasions, and we can't thank her enough.
Description of Work: Eight months after helping us purchase our home, Chris is still helping us out. I contacted her with a home warranty issues, and she contacted her representative at the home warranty company to find us an answer. She also recommended contractors to assist us with our issue.
