Storm the Lawn Pro

Description of Work: Was using a lower cost provider but did not like the results and that they applied so early in the season that the application did not help nor did they contact me from year to year to see if we want to continue. | Switched to Storm the Lawn Pro after referred by neighbor. Was impressed in their knowledge and that they apply the applications themselves. Their service was effective, prompt and they let me know when they were coming. We have about 1 ½ acre so was happy to unload this chore. We will be using them again next year. |

Description of Work: I originally called for an estimate for lawn rolling and core aeration. Jay informed me that he doesn't do lawn rolling but referred 2 other providers that I could contact which was much appreciated. Jay stopped by my house and left an estimate for the core aeration which I felt was a fair price so I called to schedule an appointment to have the aeration done and was told that he felt he could do the job sometime during the week of May 5th. Jay was on the road at the time so I asked to be called to be given a specific day that the service would be provided, so I left the number where I could be reached and still have not heard back from anyone. I have since been shopping for someone different to do the aeration.....super disappointed for the time wasted waiting for a response!
