Had nothing but issues with the re-keyed locks that have barely been used (vacant apartment). Now he claims he told me (at the time of having them re-keyed) that they should be replaced. Who would insist on keeping (and paying) for re-keying bad locks? When asked how much to replace 3 locks, he quoted "at LEAST several hundred". Scam artist!!!

Services were done quickly and to my satisfaction. The locksmith was about 90 minutes later than expected (from his given timeline). A previous project/job ran long. I would have appreciated a call - instead I called him. Overall the work was well done and they were professional - other than running behind we are happy with the service. Would use again or recommend.
Description of Work: Had the locks on the home we purchased rekeyed for piece of mind.

They were FAST, friendly, and professional, and cost a LOT less than the manufacturer. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Needed to have a new ignition on my van and new keys made, and then later needed new electronic keys for my other vehicle.

The locksmith that arrived removed the lock and made a key for me and it all took less than 15 minutes. Saved me a lot of time and headache, a new tire lock for my corvette is not cheap.
Description of Work: Had to remove the lock holding my spare tire under my 1976 corvette. I didn't receive a key for it when I purchased the car and could not remove the lock or tire.

The service was great. He showed up on time and took very little time to get my whole house rekeyed to the same key. He was very polite and professional. He arrived in a uniform and knew what he was talking about.
Description of Work: The locksmith Matt came out to my residence and rekeyed a number of locks in my house. He even fixed a door that had been sticking for the longest time.
