We had Hansen Plumbing and I want to give them an outstanding service. They did a phenomenal job. The professionalism of their workers stand out and what they said they do, they were right on time. In fact, I just hired them for another job to do. They were very honest. I just feel that I'm dealing with a family business that was very reputable. We had so little work done. I think they're fine. I think I will use them again.

They did the job in three hours. I had a great experience with them. They were very concerned.

Darlene, Larry and Travis have been some of the best subs we worked with on the construction of our new house. Very professional, very courteous, good communication and most important - they do what they say they're going to do. They were prompt and have backed up their work. When winter was setting in, they called us to get the septic system in before it was too late. They were the first sub to complete a couple of punch list items. I had an issue with the hot water tank pressure relief valve this morning and they were out to fix it within 2 hours of calling them I would highly recommend them and will be using them again on this property and on our rental properties.

Service was excellent and the workers were extremely professional. We also had contact with the owner, Larry Hansen and his and his wife Darleen, and they were highly professional and accommodating. We strongly recommend this company.

They showed up early which was fine. They used a jackhammer to break out the floor to put the plumbing in. They were very efficient. My only complaint would be that they could have cleaned up better inside the house and out in our driveway. When they were here I asked for an estimate on some additional work we were going to have them do but I am still waiting on the estimate. I called and reminded them in mid February and I still have not received it and we are into March.
