Description of Work: Finish basement. Heat runs and cold air returns along with bathroom fan vent. He also ran a gas line for a new gas furnace.

+ -1 moreI liked that they came when they said they would. They were in and out. The one thing that I was not entirely pleased was their clean up. They were adequate. I had other contractors who were much cleaner. They were average. I was a little bit annoyed when they placed their own service tag over the original. They could have placed next to but not over it. The quality was fine. I had them called for a couple of questions and they answered the phone.
Description of Work: I used Bruss Heating and Cooling for heating and air conditioning service.

+ -1 moreI knew him locally. The weekend before Christmas the furnace stopped working. He came right out, figured out what was wrong, cleaned her up and fixed it. He diagnosed it and tried a couple of different things. He found that it was a sensor that was corroded or clogged up. The nice thing was that he tested for carbon monoxide and other things. This was a weekend call; I remember it was a Saturday noon. He is very friendly and trustworthy. It is a family business. He is very responsive and careful.
Description of Work: Bruss Heating & Cooling repaired our furnace.
