Description of Work: They cleaned and adjusted our furnace. The work on the furnace was fine. They also cleaned and adjusted our gas log fireplace. They didn't replace the "ash" which they removed and the fireplace still didn't work quite right after they left.

Description of Work: All they had to do was clean the spark ignition on the furnace. No parts, only labor and service call. I thought it was a bit on the high end for the work. Especially where they installed the furnace and had been cleaning it on an annual basis until the service contract expired in 2013. Typically, a high efficient furnace only needs a clean and check every two years.
