Ok with getting the dumpster to my site, timely in terms of taking it away when I called. But although I requested a bill early on, and then paid (I thought), they actually held off billing for the "rental" part of their charge for nearly a year, then when they added it, they charged much more than I had been quoted when I engaged the service. They also passed on a doubled disposal fee, without informing me that the fees had been doubled midway through this period. Can't blame them for wanting to pass on that charge to the consumer, but isn't it customary to inform the customer when you've doubled your charge? When I called to explain the rent discrepancy and request an adjustment on the bill, my information was taken but no one returned the call. I called back a week later, and what was offered to me was 1) a small adjustment and 2) a large amount of discourteous argument and accusation. Overall unsatisfactory experience! Also, with the last dumpster, someone had thrown truck tires and batteries into the open dumpster, and the driver removed them and, without explanation, left them in a heap in my driveway, never calling to inform me or consult with me. At great inconvenience I had to borrow a truck and take time to haul them to the transfer station, where I was charged all of $15--why not pass forward THAT charge?? I will be paying out at least a thousand more in dumpster services before I complete my renovations--but to a different disposal company!
