Patti was most helpful for all of my questions. She was punctual and "on-the-ball" in responding to me and writing up my offer as well as guiding me through the process. Even though she was working for the seller, she also took my concerns into consideration.

Our personal situation surrounding this sale was difficult. We were selling our parents' home after their deaths and we live out of state. Patti handled the situation with grace, compassion and tact. We were satisfied and grateful for the level of communication with her, as it helped us feel comfortable with how things were proceeding despite living out of state from the home. The transaction went well. We had an offer in under two weeks, and Patti skillfully navigated us through the few bumps we had in the process in coming to final terms with the buyer. We believe we got the best price possible and felt final terms were reasonable and very fair to both the buyers and to us. This is a testament to Patti's skills, knowledge and professionalism. We highly recommend her.

She was very attentive to our needs and responded to questions and concerns very quickly. It was nice having her as our advocate during negotiations. We also had some problems with our lender not responding and not getting things done in a timely fashion. She went to bat for us and helped get all the problems solved. My wife and I would definitely use her again and will tell all our friends and family.

Our journey had its ups and downs, but Patti was always there. She listened to and followed our needs to eventually find the best house for us. Throughout the months of searching, Patti stayed attentive and helpful. We had many issues with our bank and Patti often came in to be our advocate. We were lucky to have her on our side.

She navigated all the difficulties of selling an older home with professionalism and amazing expertise. She arranged for everything that was needed and made sure all the details were taken care of at every stage of the sale. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful real estate agent. Overall we were very happy with our experience with Patti. We felt she always went above and beyond to help us selling our home and finding a new home. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she has many years of experience. She is always available with any questions and concerns during this process. If she doesn't know something she will find the answer for you. We were extremely stressed while selling our home and Patti did everything she could to make things easier for us. We sold our home a lot faster than we thought we would and we owe this all to Patti. After we received an offer on our home she right away found a perfect home for us which we instantly fell in love with. I highly recommend Patti to anyone who is interested in selling and/or buying a home.

It went fine. We love her. She did a very good job. She went out of her way to be helpful and worked with us when we could because we were moving here from out of state. She was very good.

We thought Patti was the right real estate agent to sell our home, but it turned out we were wrong. She was late for most of our appointments to go through homes, we were interested in buying. She overlooked our concerns of inspection reports on the sale of our house. Patti continually reminded us, that after 27 years in the business, she knew best. Her arrogance in this matter lost the sale of our home. After we contacted her boss at First Weber, he put the sale back together, and our house sold. We commend him for cleaning up a mess.

I find it difficult to justify the cost/benefit of any real estate agent simply because there is so little differentiation between agents. The house sold after 11 days on the market, which is good. Is that attributable to the agent? I would have like to see Patti giving me more advice, up front, on how to stage the house for a better sale. She did eventually, but it was after a few showings. However, Patti was really responsive and punctual in all aspects and much better than the previous two agents with which I have worked. I largely decided to use her because of her ratings on Angie's list, and I was not disappointed.

Patti was the perfect fit for my needs. I told her the type of house I wanted, the general location, and the price range. We looked at 15 houses over 2 weekends. I ordered them based on my preferences. That was 16 years ago. I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do, Patti will be the first person I contact.

I met Patti through my husband who was a real estate agent at the time and worked in the same office as Patti. They worked together in various situations and he respected her ethics, professionalism, sense of humor and knowledge in the field of real estate. After my husband left the profession of real estate, Patti was our first choice to assist us as we were considering a move and sought out Patti to help us find something that would suit us. She was thorough, accessible, on time and has a knack for attention to detail. Patti is a good person to have in your court when going through the process of finding your next home.

Patti was great! I didn't have a very narrow scope of where I wanted to live and she hung in there with us as we seached for homes. She got me the house that I currently live in and love! You could call her on short notice and she would when she can. She worked with me and for me.

She was quick to respond to any inquiries we had and kept us informed throughout the whole selling/buying process. Selling and buying a home is an extremely stressful but Patti offered great advice and coached us through every step. I would not hesitate to recommend Patti to anyone that needs an agent. She goes above and beyond, is very attentive and is very detail oriented. We walked through about 75 homes and she was very patient.
