They do a great job cleaning - no complaints. Lori and George are trustworthy, professional and friendly as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for regular cleaners. They provide a valuable service helping to keep our home clean!

Poorly.I called and asked for a quote for a one time cleaning, to prepare a condo for sale.. The person on the phone said there was no availability. She didn't ask me for any details of what I needed... no date, no scope of work. She just interrupted me and said we have no openings. Keep in mind that my project was 30 days off. Kind of a weird customer experience over the phone.

They are very thorough and professional. They do an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Lori does an amazing job! My husband said it looked like we had just moved in! Our wood floors, countertops & porcelain sparkle after Lori has been there. Lori is great with reminders the day before it's our day, on any changes & is flexible when it comes to schedule changes. She brings all the cleaning supplies. We just need to 'declutter'. She's a huge sanity saver!

Lori came to my house in BayView. Commented on how small of a job it would be (around 1500sq ft) and hemmed & hawed as she toured the house. She then tossed out an estimate of $260 per visit and said she had to check with the manager if it was even feasible. She made a comment that she normally only cleans houses in Fox Point and Brookfield. She called the next day to let me know that the manager didn't think it was worth it. 1. She is allegedly the owner. Why the excuse of having to check with a manager? 2. She knew where the house was located when we spoke on the phone. Why waste my and her own time if the area isn't desirable? 3. Price and schedule didn't matter. She just didn't want to slum it, I guess.

She is a hard worker. She is good and doesn't need a lot of direction. Her and her husband are pleasant to work with. I'll be using them in the future.

They have been a sanity saver, indeed! They are both such delightful people - positive, cheery, and intent on doing an excellent job. I have a HUGE historic house, 2 small kids, 3 cats, and 1 dog... and they were truly undaunted by any of it. While I do enjoy their smiling faces, I am more appreciative of their work ethic. They come in and immediately begin working. They might seem like small whirling dervishes but they are thorough and competent.

After 20 plus years having the same person clean my house every other week, I learned that she was retiring so I began my search for a new service. Needless to say I was nervous about the prospect of beginning with someone new. I used Angie's List and found Lori Maid'G LLC. Lori and George have been cleaning for us every other Friday for a couple of months now and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they do. Beginning with the evening Lori came to our house to give us the quote I was impressed with how professional she was. She gave me detailed specifics of the services that would be provided and what the cost would be. She told me that if anything wasn't done to my satisfaction that they would return and make it right. True to her word, Lori called me the evening after the first cleaning and made sure we were satisfied. I was very impressed with the first cleaning. My husband happened to be at home that day and was amazed at how Lori and George work together as an efficient team. In no time every surface was dusted, polished, scrubbed and sparkling. Each subsequent cleaning has been up to the same standard. I was initially disappointed that the price quoted was $30 higher than I had been paying previously but quickly realized that it was worth it. Lori's team cleans much more thoroughly, even using a special tool to get at the cob webs on our vaulted ceilings. They also provide all the cleaning supplies. It's such a great feeling to have found someone to replace my old service that I can trust do to a great job every time.

Lori and George are always on time, friendly, and professional. My boys are always happy to see them. They do excellent work and consistently follow up to make sure we are satisfied. We are very pleased and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, diligent cleaning service.

I used the website 'Contact Us' from the provider for first contact, and never heard back. That is why I listed responsiveness as an F. I called 1 week later and had to repeat everything I had requested in the original quote, but yet she didn't apologize or offer any reason behind not getting back with me on that. She was professional in the phone conversation as far as providing a new quote, but given the prior experience and the lack of acceptance for missing the first quote, I'm a bit disappointed overall.

Everything went very well. They were polite, on time, and professional and I am happy with their service.

Lori and her husband do a wonderful job and it is nice to come to a sparkling clean house. She even cleans our Sun room and is always punctual and very tidy with her work.

I had the opportunity of using Angie's List to find a home cleaning service for my parents. Lori and her husband have always been prompt, courteous, professional and have done an outstanding job cleaning my parents home. My Mother is from the old school where she would scrub the floors on her hands and knees. And she is very, very pleased with the cleaning service that Lori has provided. Did an excellent job with attention to detail in kitchen and bathroom including corners, ledges, surfaces and areas normally missed by other cleaning surfaces. Did an outstanding job on carpeting and floors with deep vacuuming particularly getting under beds, along baseboards and in closets. Very pleased!

Very well. = prompt,polite, enthusiastic, thorough. Once they were finished they asked me to check all areas in case something was not to my expectations ( hardwood, tile and carpeted areas, baseboards, window sills, cobwebs, appliances, counters ie kitchen, living, dining room, hallways, carpeted stairway, bathroom. I don't use a cleaning service on a regular basis but I will DEFINITELY use Lori Maids the next time I am in need.

Lori Maid'G service was able to schedule a cleaning quickly before the house was being shown for sale. The day before the appointment, Lori Maid'G service confirmed the appointment, and early the day of informed me they would be 30 minutes late due to another service. They arrived as they stipulated, which was on-time considering they alerted me in enough time to adjust accordingly. The team was professional, courteous and thorough. I would not hesitate to hire them again. In fact, if I required a deep clean, I would schedule another hour or two as they are well worth it.

I bought two Lori Maid'G cleaning service sessions through an Angie's List Big Deal. Lori and her husband cleaned the apartment I was moving into. It was pretty clean when we got there but I felt better about moving in when I saw how well Lori cleaned it. A few days later, they came to clean the house I sold and had moved out of. They did a thorough job and made sure I was satisfied.

I found Lori Maid on Angie's List and, after reading the positive reviews, I called. My timeline was rather short as there were only a few days left in the month and the work had to be completed by April 1st. Lori was very accommodating and found a date and time that worked for us. When I met them at the apartment on the cleaning day we took a walk around and discussed what needed to be done. She and her cleaning partner went right to work and I left to return about 2 1/2 hours later. The final result was wonderful! I was so pleased with the quality of the work that had been done. I felt confident that the required check-out by the management of the apartment complex would go smoothly.

Great! Lori arrived with her husband/cleaning partner and they proceeded do a quick review of what I wanted and then went right to work. They were very efficient and did a very good job. I would not hesitate to have them back again.

We couldn't be happier with their services. Lori is very personable and responsible. The first time they cleaned our house, she called me that night to make sure everything was ok and to see if anything needed to be adjusted in the future. Their services have been timely and consistent since we started with them in 2012. Anytime she needs to adjust schedules, she contacts us ahead of time to confirm. Great company and great services.
