We met with this company at the Realtors home remodeling show at State Fair Park this spring. After chatting with their representative, we contacted them a couple of weeks later to get a bid for their lawn mowing services. Tyler gave us a bid the same day and we signed up. Yesterday, 4/27, they did their first service on our semi-motley city yard, and everything was done just as we wanted it. So far so good. Would definitely recommend them to others at this point.
Description of Work: mowed and trimmed the grass in our yard.

I spoke to Tyler and signed a proposal to engage them for snow plowing. First snow of the season, today, 6 inches of wet heavy snow. They never came despite having responded to my email at 9am saying they would on the way. No response after 2 emails and 2 voice messages left for them.
Description of Work: Suppose to snow plow our drive.

Our crews were out working to clear all of our customers' properties just as quickly and safely as they possibly could, myself included. As you can imagine, with the amount of wet and heavy snow that fell during the snow event, it took us longer that usual to complete each customers' service to the high standard that we hold ourselves. Provider is too busy. I called 3 times and talked to Ryan. Each time I was told they would be out to inspect the property and provide a quote. Each time I called back after about 5 days to a week, they had an excuse and a commitment to provide a quote. Waited over 3 weeks from the first call, never received a quote and was never contact by the provider.
