replacement windows
+ -1 moreThe patio door was installed in a room with paneling covered with wallpaper. We specifically noted at the time of the sale that we didn't want to have to rewallpaper as a result of the install. At no time was the install process described and we are left with no paneling (or wallpaper) on 6" of each side and 15" over the door. Now we are left with trying to make it presentable. Our only option is to remove all the paneling from the room. When we explained to Ryan, the VerHalen sales manager, that our sales guy, Steve, never told us this could be a side effect, Steve interjected, "Maybe you didn't ask the right questions." We were appalled. Despite our best efforts in getting a resolution, we're left with having to hire a contractor to fix what they broke. Think twice before going with Ver Halen. There are other great "certified" Pella installers out there.
Description of Work: We had three bedroom windows and a patio door installed. Please note that we have had over $35,000 in Pella windows installed over the years. This has had no impact on gaining any preferential customer service. We gave an "A" in quality because we love our Pella windows. This review is strictly in response to the lack of customer service received by Ver Halen specifically.
