Tyler did an excellent job, as he had done the first time he shampooed the carpets in the entire house.

Tyler did a GREAT job. He arrived early, worked hard, was very professional and had great follow-up. The house is 6 years old and the carpets have been cleaned once by Stanley Steemer and once by Oxy-fresh. Tyler cleaned 2 bedrooms, a great room, dining room and basement stairs. It did take longer to dry than expected but the service was performed on the most humid day of September. The main areas of the house took 9 hours to dry with 6 fans running and the air conditioning. The basement stairs took 30 hours with one fan blowing air over them. Again, it was all done on a very humid day.Tyler called back two days after the work was done to see how things turned out. I told him that two stains seemed to have been lifted out of the pad and were now visible where they hadn't been before. He said that it was not uncommon to have this happen. He came over the next day with a special tool that worked on the pad intensively. He cleaned both problem areas and now the stains are gone. Tyler's desire to please, his professionalism and his follow-up after the job are all very impressive. I highly recommend him.

He (Tyler) left a card at my door. He lives in Greendale which is where I live. I called him and discussed price. We agreed on $75. That was in March and he said he would call when the weather was better. Call he did. We set up a time. He arrived right on time which is very important to me. I asked him to clean the tracks of my windows as well and that added $25.00 to the price. He was kind, couteous and very professional. Did a great job on all my windows and doors. IHe also does carpet cleaning and I plan to ise him for that too. I am pleased with his work and his kindness Will cal him again.
