+ -1 moreMIKE & I AGREED TO THE JOB SPECS AND THE PRICE. HE DID A GOOD JOB ON THE NEW TILE, BUT A VERY POOR JOB ON THE REPAIR WORK. WHEN I POINTED THIS OUT, HE BECAME VERY RUDE AND ALMOST ABUSIVE. IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE TO HAVE HIM IN MY HOME. HE SIMPLY SAID IT WAS TOO MUCH WORK AND HE WOULDN'T DO IT. HE STORMED OUT OF THE HOUSE AFTER POURING GROUT INTO MY TOILET! THE TOILET HAD TO BE REPLACED. I TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS WITH THE BBB, BUT GOT NOWHERE. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: REPAIR TILE IN BATHROOM; INSTALL NEW TILE.

+ -1 moreWERE CONDESCENDING ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD I LIVE IN. THAT SHOULD NOT MATTER IF THEY SERVICE THIS AREA, WHICH THEY DO.
Description of Work: WERE TO INSTALL CERAMIC TILE. I PURCHASED ALL THE TILE AND GROUT MYSELF. THERE WERE CRACKS WITHIN THE TILE ESPECIALLY AROUND THE DRAIN. DIDN'T LAY DOOR STRIP BACK ON FLOOR. THEY DIDN'T HANG THE BATHROOM DOOR BACK UP AFTER SHAVING THE BOTTOM.
