Any home buying experience is nerve-wracking, but for a first time home buyer, the process seemed overwhelming and confusing...UNTIL we met Justin! He not only presented the steps for buying a home in a manner that was easy to understand, but took each step with us and put us at ease. He was able to find us a substantial amount of homes to view that met our needs, and was very flexible and accommodating in showing them to us. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Justin is a very knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring and genuine person to the core, which makes him an incredible realtor. He will remain our realtor for years to come, and we've passed a long his information to many friends and family looking to buy/sell.

Justin is a wonder--a kind, efficient, professional, and warm man. He really did have to help us with a lot, including finding a mortgage company and an inspector, because we were clueless. Long before we got to the actual purchase stage, he had spent months taking us to a wide array of houses. He is always patient and glad to go along, and he always makes valuable observations about the properties and the neighborhoods. We were having trouble finding something we could afford in the part of town we wanted, so he helped us to expand our search area by figuring out what it was we were attached to about the neighborhood. Then, he found several others that would work and were still in our (limited) budget. Regarding budget, I can't believe the high-quality, enthusiastic service Justin gave us, even though we were definitely looking at "budget" housing. I would expect that the folks looking on the bluff in Shorewood or Bay View would get great service from any real estate agent, but US? The people in the cheap seats? We'd had a not-so-good experience with another local real estate agent who informed us that the most expensive house we could afford was cheaper than anything he was used to handling, and that we needed to keep in mind the value of his time versus the value of our purchase. In other words, "You're too poor for me to bother. I won't cut you off, but don't expect me to be nice about adding an extra house visit or doing any searching on my own. You're not worth it." To Justin, we were absolutely worth it. I am beyond grateful for his help. He made the whole experience exciting, and we were able to trust every word he said. It all turned out just as he said it would, and I couldn't be happier in a beautiful house, within my budget, in a neighborhood I wouldn't have even thought about. If you're in need of an agent, I just don't see how you could do better. This man is knowledgeable, ethical, and so friendly that he's fun to hang out with for a day of house hunting. Whatever your budget, Justin can't be beat. Now that we're starting to make more income, I'll be going back to Justin when we can "go fancy." There's no reason to call anyone else!

When we first met Justin, I wasn't sure what to think, having not had the best experiences with real estate agents in the past. Justin passed every test, though--bad weather? Check. We're seeing that house. Stubborn owners? Check. We're seeing that house. Appraiser with a foolish appraiser? Check. We're appealing that appraisal. Justin could answer every one of our many, many questions, and he always remained jolly, trustworthy, reliable, and just all-around pleasant to be with. He made the scary process of moving from our intended neighborhood to a part of the city we hadn't even though of before, and we could not be happier. Justin is so personable that his manner itself opened many doors for us with other agents, owners, and properties. He even helped us to find the best mortgage deal. I just can't say enough to express how much easier Justin made what was sure to be a frightening and onerous task. His information was good, his effort and good humor never lagged, and he took platinum care of us, even though we were not in the market for a high-end property. He answered our panicky texts and calls right away and never left us uninformed about what would happen next. I just can't imagine what anyone could want in a real estate agent that Justin didn't provide us. We WILL call him again when the time comes. . . I just think that's a long way off! Love the new house.
