We loved working with John , the owner, and the guys who came to replace our lower level patio door. It is an oversized custom door and they were amazing! It looks beautiful and is great quality! We were also impressed with the clean up! We were trying to replace it for years and our neighbor across the street had used them to build a beautiful 4 car garage, new windows and other projects and were very happy with them so we decided to give them a try! . John came out right away for an estimate, even though it was just a small job. We will definitely use them for future projects and we are excited to recommend them to friends!

This company is amazing! We wanted our 3 bathroom gutted and remodeled. ( One full bath and Two half baths). Our house was built in 1966 and still had the original fixtures. We removed the bath tub permanently and installed a new tile shower in its’ place. Brook, the designer was amazing and we quickly found the cabinets, tile, countertops, mirrors and all bath fixtures and accessories. The two bathrooms upstairs were gutted at the same time. Exact installed a temporary shower in the basement. All of the master craftsmen in our home were very professional and very kind. We tiled All three bathrooms with tile on the walls and the floors. A special shout out to Frank, an amazing master tiler from Italy. Frank was a perfectionist in everything he did and I loved having him in our home. We also had 3 doors replaced with 6 panel oak doors. The quality provided by Exact Remodeling was PERFECTION! I would recommend this Company! By the way, I am a perfectionist too.

We were very happy with the level of expertise and professionalism on the entire remodel. The communication regarding arrival times was excellent. Exact Exterior & Interior Remodeling renovationed nearly the entire first floor of our home. Wall removal, new flooring, interior doors, and baseboards throughout, as well as the master bath. It's been about 9 months since completion and every day since then I look around and I am in awe. My house is so beautiful now and I absolutely couldn't be happier with the result! The project was not without hiccups, but John is a man who makes sure things are done to the highest of standards and will not rest until they are met. Brook was incredibly helpful and undeniably essential to the project. Can't say enough about the efforts of both Brian and Tim, they went above and beyond day after day. Overall, I am so thankful to John for making sure that perfection was the final result delivered. I would, will, and have recommended Exact and will definitely call on them for additional projects. Anyone would be hard pressed to find a more dedicated and caring team. Thanks to you all!

The results were better than I had hoped. My condo had severe water damage, John Brannon guided the restoration project. Every one of his tradesmen went above and beyond expectations. They cleaned the damaged materials, did mold abatement and I have my condo repaired and updated. They remained my kitchen and I have more usable space than I had before. John would walk me through the process. They always showed up in a timely manner. Totaly professional and craftsmen. As the project progressed options and solutions were discussed with me. I cannot sing their praises loud enough. What at first looked to be in my mind a total loss, has turned into the home I will treasure for years to come. 5 stars isn't enough . I am so grateful. Fr. Ordered 10 windows and they came pretty quick! John's crew was professional, got the job done in 1 day, cleaned up after themselves and the new windows look great. No more drafts! I had used them to replace my exterior shutters and highly recommend!

We needed to have our kitchen living room and first floor half bathroom remodeled. We previously used another company that was terrible but Exact relieved all of our concerns right away with their planning and expertise. Anytime something came up during the process Either Brook, Larry or John (Owner) would immediately solve the issue. Exact plans their contracts to avoid almost all Surprise extra costs by allotting the appropriate funds for required Materials (IE Tile, countertops, ect). They didn’t budget for the cheapest versions like over contractors do than hit you with several change orders. We even received a good credit at the end of the project from not utilizing all those funds. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous the entire time. They would keep me in the loop with the days they would be there and days they wouldn’t be there. I have already recommended them to several friends, Neighbors and plan to utilize them again for our Basement remodel.

Larry and his team came out to install 2 roof vents for my bath fans. They arrived on time, explained the work they would perform, and did an outstanding job!

Larry and his crew were excellent! They replaced 24 rotted cedar siding panels and facia boards on my home/garage that were rotted. New downspouts were installed and directed away from my home. The entire job was done on time at a very fair price. The contractors were professional, the workmanship was exceptional and they kept the job site very clean. I am extremely satisfied!!

WHAT A GREAT JOB! - The guys showed up early & stayed late, did a complete tear down, replaced any bad wood on the roof - put down a nice layer of edging to protect from snow & ice - strengthen my gutters with extra straps (did not even ask for that) & they did a great job of waterproofing & sealing up my chimney with a new flashing - they were very helpful with any info & even worked through a small sprinkle of rain - I was very impressed - I would recommend them to anyone - very professional & I was extremely satisfied with the end result

Exact was outstanding! Brook was very patient as we considered several options and floorplans before deciding on the project scope. The communication throughout the project was excellent. Paul (project manager) made sure we knew which contractor would be on site each day and what work would be done. Every sub-contractor (plumber, electrician, drywall, hardwood floor installer, tiler, etc.) was polite and friendly. Everyone worked to minimize the mess during the project. Exact made suggestions along the way to improve the function of the space - like changing the opening direction of a couple of doors, widening a door frame to ensure appliances would easily fit through the opening, etc. Toward the end of the project, we had a few supply chain delays. Since our only functioning bathroom was in the basement, Paul made sure the upstairs toilet and shower were installed asap so we could avoid the many trips to the basement during the day while we waited for countertops. We could not be happier with our remodel. The work done is high quality and the space looks terrific. Thank you Exact!

Wow, I didn’t think it would be this easy! They replaced 4 huge 5’ x 6’ windows and were finished in less than 5 hours. No mess, they took the old ones away and it was like they were never here. I would HIGHLY recommend Exact remodeling. And the windows are beautiful.

We loved having Exact Remodeling do our home renovation. We had an unusual project, turning a three seasons room into part of the house and removing a few walls, raising the sunken living room. They were easy to get a hold of. There was someone on the job here every day. The job site was cleaned up every day. There might have been a hiccup or two but Paul and Brooke took care of it and you could tell that they really take pride in their work and wanted to do the job right. If we do any more home remodeling projects, we will for sure call them and refer them to a friend. They even took care of some rotten wood that was discovered and we came in right on our agreed upon budget.

The old deck railings needed replacement. When they were removed the aluminum covered facia boards were found to be rotten; EXACT EXTERIOR & INTERIOR REMODELING INC to the rescue. The crew replaced the old facia boards, covered the new boards with colored matched aluminum, patched the rubber roof, installed the vertical railing posts and term bar. WELL DONE!!! Also the deck patio door required replacement. It was completed with craftsmanship and care. It's great to enjoy a breeze now through the new screen door. John and company is the best. He gives great advise and only high quality products. This is our second project with Exact and we are happy with all of the work performed. It is very easy to get a hold of the contractors and the work is superior quality.

I hired Exact Exteriors to tear down a run down 3 season room to create a 400 foot deck. This meant tear down, building a deck, gutters and siding. Every single person they sent showed up on time, cleaned up at the end of the day and did an incredible job whether they were siding or building the deck. They were all personable and involved me in any decisions needed. They readily responded to my questions and requests. The woman who kept me in the know, Brook, is a wonder. She is on top of things, a great problem solver and always got back to me. The deck is beautiful! I have hired them to install a window before the snow flies. I have recommended them to many people.
