Sales person was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She gave us plenty of options and a price quote on everything we would need. We returned and purchased a better mattress based on the research we did afterwards. Set up and delivery was done faster and earlier than expected. Two weeks later the mattress went on sale and we received that price, with the difference given as a store credit. We asked for a refund to our credit card and they gave it to us. Pleasant experience having never purchased a mattress before.

Jean W. at WG&R in Oshkosh was very helpful. She didn't follow us around the store and she gave us plenty of time and space to talk by ourselves and come to our own decision. After not finding anything out on the regular sales floor that we could agree on, we wandered into the clearance center. There we found a $2700 sectional that had been marked down to $1100 plus another 10% off. Overall, we're loving this store!
